I went in today to mail a package. While waiting in line, I was going to pass out from heat exposure. There was no air conditioning. Once I began calling 311, someone addressed it. It was at around 6 pm. The whole day had passed during a major heat wave, and there was nothing done until 6 pm? I am disgusted. We were all suffering.

I sent my package through express mail. Package is still at mail room. Phone: 718-321-6803 is really working phone number to contact? USPS automated service is horrible experience, tried for agent response for several times. It is very bad experience

Why have a food drive when no one picks up the donation?? Mailman couldnt take it because of the mail he is delivering, he said trucks are out to pick up donations. My donation was available from 9 am to 9 pm and NO ONE came. Why not have a link to sign up - so the Mail truck has a donation address. Poor poor management.

At the beginning of August, I mailed an envelope with a check Addressed to Sanford Plaza LLC in order to pay my rent on time. I dropped the envelope in one of the mailboxes located at 147 St Sanford Avenue Flushing 11355. So far the envelope with the check hasn't yet arrived. What is going on? every day the delivery service provided by the Flushing post office team t's getting worse! Please do something in order to improve the service

My package just keep getting stolen. This is the fifth time my packages don’t arrive or arrive empty.

Bad service at the Flushing Post Office. Line moves very slowly, and very limited hours. Even though office is closed on Sundays, they lock the lobby as well. As a person who works during the week and is not able to go to the post office before closing time, this means I have no way to drop off packages over the weekend. Please keep in mind, the drop-down handles have all been removed from local postal mailboxes as well. So if I cannot access the drop-off centers inside the post office, this means I have no way to drop off packages.

I have one package shipped from Overseas That signature required . But I was home all the time . The mailman never Ring my Bell or not even tried to deliver And just leave me a note to pick up in post office . Why did you do that give me extra hard time ? This is second time alreday .

Postman delivered my purchased items to the wrong address that has never existed. I called the office and explained the address was wrong and the building does have 5 different addresses . I went to all of them but I did not find my packages or even correct addresses. Post office denied their responsibility. But if there is no apt room # on the address, why did they leave the package there. Also they said they left it at the mail box but mailbox was outside of the building on the address, no 3 rd floor that address said . The postman left the package knowing that someone stole right away . Or maybe he planned because he can get away. Postman is responsible, if address is wrong, he should have brought it back. In main steer office, most of them are thief, so they don’t way to take a responsibility.

The “good” reviews are fake or from postal employees! I reported them to my local police department!

I ordered something and it keeps telling me its arrived and departed like 2 times and amazon is telling me that is delivered today but I don't see anything in my mail not sure why that is I need answers

package tendered to a military agent tue. Apr.9 7am and poof it vanished.. Not in military proper address clearly marked. hope this isn't normal. National Customer service has case filed but cant locate it so far.

I dropped 2 small packages in the drop box on 57th st and Grand ave in Maspeth a month ago. They havent arrived at the location I am being billed $400 for phones and I cant get a hold of anyone who will help me! The phones just ring and ring! I need help

There is a delivery lady working in this USPS facility. Extremely rude and unfit for job. She claims she is doing a favor by distributing mails. Not sure who is in charge of this facility and why USPS has not take any disciplinary action against this facility. None of our mails are getting delivered and everything she leaves a not mailbox is full or hand delivered.If you cannot do the job give it to someone.

The absolute worse. Nobody EVER picks up the phone. They blatantly lie about their incompetence, by covering up their inability to deliver packages, with "left a note" at the door please come pick up at supplied USPS address. USPS SUCKS. SOME THINGS ARE PERMANENT. THIS IS ONE OF THEM...TERRIBLE.

My package is sitting here due to "insufficient address" however I know it's on there since the Kiosk printed the label. I call and no answer. Please email me since i hate for it to come back when the recipient is just down the street.

The worst service I've ever gotten from the USPS is from this location. Every time I order something it is never delivered because the delivery agents don't want to ring my bell and walk into the building! There are six of us in the apartment and I just got a message saying that no one was home to receive the package! This was a time sensitive package! In the past I've called and complained about this with negative results. I've had an agent threaten me by saying she'll leave my package in the street if I don't run down before she's done tying her shoes. This branch should be closed down and a newer one with real employees should be opened. I'm so disgusted by their professionalism. I've filed a complaint with Amazon requesting they no longer send my items via USPS.

I have ordered things for my church that I needed my a certain date and it sat in the Flushing P.O for over a week and then I got a email saying it was sent back to the shipper because they could not deliver it. Anytime I buy, I am requesting it be shipped FedEx and I will pay more if I have to.

I sent 4 packages to the same residence in Glendale, NY. All 4 packages went thru the Flushing Post Office. 1 Package arrived when it was suppose to and not damaged. The second package arrived damaged a day late after it toured 4 other post office( Items Broken). The 3rd package arrived 4 days later after it went to 4 other post offices and back to Flushing then finally to the right post office and yes it was delivered smashed and items broken. Looks like they ran over these packages. The 4th package went to Shreveport Louisiana before being sent back to Flushing NY and finally being delivered! I will be using UPS when shipping to New York in the future!

I have a package that has supposedly left this post office on 11/25/15, it's been over a week and I haven't received this nor track it! I'm beyond pissed! This is the worst post office ever! How can I make sure I get my package?!

Have had several high value shipments stolen by USPS employees at this location. My buyers are stonewalled and receive no help from administration, and not being in the US there is nothing I can do either. Needles to say, I am now only shipping with FedEx to the United States and I suggest others do the same.

Geezs. I thought I was the only unlucky soul. My package came from Dublin, Ireland, and sat in NYC ISC, Custom I guess, for four days and now is stuck in that toilet...I meant Flushing, for five days now. Why in &@$$ didn't The f;$&@; Customs office just send it to Florida, that's where I live. Ever wonder why postal rates are so high? The USPS will actually spend $350 to collect 1cent of insufficient postage, and wonder why they are having financial difficulties. Oh but not to worry, the Feds will bail 'em out when they fail.

My package sat at this dumb a** post office for 4 days, it also came from China then said it departed from the post office another 4 days later and I still haven't received my package. I also called about 20 times i finally kept hitting 0000000 was told to leave phone number and someone would call back. NEVER got a call back. It does not take 4 days to to get to my house from New York, If I lived closer they would not like to see me when I show up at the post office. What kind of Idiots do they have working or not working at this stupid a** post office. This post office needs to be shut down....I'm contacting the better business bureau.

It's really awful, I run online business, all are small packages with tracking number, at least 10 packages per 200 packages were lost after accepted by the postal office, no update at all or no transit to 11351, looks like somebody inside are good at stealing, customers filed complaint against me, but whom should I file complaint against?!!! Item lost, package lost, money lost!!!!Really bad service, and keep price up every year, when can your guys improve the service is the most important!!!!

I ordered an item from China also and I got the same tracking message that is had departed from their post office on March 14. It is now March 21 and I have yet to receive the package or see any new tracking info
I called the number on usps.com site and they said they would get in touch with Flushing and have them return my call. Waiting to see what happens.

Why has my package stopped showing up on tracking since arriving at this post office? It's been there for 8 days. I need this for a wedding I'm in one week from today. I try to call, and get transferred to a full mailbox & then hung up on. Unprofessional!

Some Delivery postman/women are not caring public postal mails. just they are throwing mails outside the individual mail boxes and reporting that they could not find recipient. It is false. they are not showing their good responsibility. hope flushing postmaster kindly help on this issue as some important mail are missing which become life hail. Even Registered letter notices they are not putting in the mail boxes. we are helpless without your help.
My package is still with the postman. The postman/delivery man or woman completely stated false that the notice was provided to me in my mails box. similarly he may thrown it away somewhere on the public table in mail box tables. I have personally told the delivery man and woman on this issue, they told to report it to flushing post office. We are really helpless. It is not complain, just to get proper help from your delivery people.

worst post office ever. I have not received mail in over a month. no bills. I do not trust them! how the heck do I not get my electric or phone bill for 2 months???? where is my mail??? when I come home from work mail is usually thrown on the floor in front of mailboxes and in my box is someone else's mail is in my mailbox. this mail delivery person is either lazy or just plain doesn't care!!! reporting to 311 & to the united states post office main offices.

I live in ohio and somehow my package has been sitting in flushing New Yorks post office for 2 weeks and no one will answer the damn phone and the voicemail box is full and apparently no other post offices will help me get my package reshipped to my address...it was shipped from China and the post office is probably going to send it back any day now.. Not my fault u can't answer ur phone!! How messed up is that?!?

This post office is so terrible. 1) My package has been here for over 10 days and they keep transferring it to another post office, where it only gets sent back to flushing. 2)The receptionist who picks up the phone has a terrible attitude, thinks she knows everything, but fails to answer my simple question if i can simply go pick it up. 3) Phone is always BUSY, so theres no point of even calling and wasting your time. WORST POST OFFICE EVER. Needs a new management team and new staff.

i would like to know why my package is still sitting in your post office for over a week now!!!!!! never had an issue with USPS til now! anything i had shipped from overseas from china!! has only sat in ISC NYC for a day or 2, then shipped right to the main post office in Bethlehem PA where i live, i would like to know the freaking hold up! this issue has never occured before!!! i really do not want to make a trip to flushing ny to get my package! i tried calling the post office there!!! but none of you know how to pick up a phone!!!!!!!!
