I have asked my usual mailman to leave boxes on my front porch. That’s where I have a camera and it protects packages from bad weather. Today a box with a water sensitive household appliance was left on my driveway and got soaking wet!! I tried calling the office starting at 12:45 pm and no one answered…in fact it kept hanging up on me! I’m not a happy customer right now! I will call the office again on Monday to file a complaint.

Your website for the Endicott office says the windows open Saturday at 9:00 am. We got there and learned they do not open until 10:00 am. There were 3 other people there besides us AND WE DROVE 10 MILES ROUND-TRIP FOR NOTHING. PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was expecting a check from the federal government Medicaid. I called you multiple times and you said you didn’t have it. I even called medicaids phone number who said they mailed it on 3/1. It is clearly posted 3/1. My next door neighbor knocked on my door and she received my check. Your postal carrier delivered it to the Wrong Address. I was already stressing about not receiving it. I want someone to call me. (607) 422-0705, Patricia Hauptfleisch- 121 Robble Ave, Endicott, NY. When I called your staff they were rude and even hung the phone up on me.

Called call the post office at 311 Exchange St. just a little after five fortunately someone picked up the person style would refuse to make arrangements to re-deliver a package I asked them to put it at the end of the driveway this person was very argumentative and started using foul language with me and then hung up I mean the word F you see K came out of this person‘s mouth with no effort to help me out as far as a delivery of a package has many many up options they don’t even have to drive up my driveway and they say it’s ice but yeah brown UPS and in the neighbors can drive up and down my driveway no problem I appreciate if our senior manager call me back at 607-754-8925 thank you

Post office is prompt and efficient, but general delivery is sadly lacking -- at least in our neighborhood where the mail generally doesn't arrive until between 5 and 7 p.m.!! If there is a problem with unemployment, I don't now why they don't put a few more people to work as carriers.

I have lived in Endicott for 14 years and have used the Post Office here on a regular basis. I have always had positive experiences with the staff at the office and the mail carriers. I have had friendly, courteous, and helpful experiences. The one time I though a package had been lost, it turned out upon investigation that the sender had addressed it incorrectly.

Worst post office employees ever. I have had my mail put in the wrong box and neighbors open it only to get it weeks later in a mess. Ive called several times about getting wrong mail and everytime I report it they say its the first Ive heard of a problem. I know of four others in same development that have called as well but nothing changes. Today they lost a package they said was delivered and it hasn’t been found. In the past I closed two accounts from fraud because someone got my account information from getting my mail. Horrible employees and I am organizing a protest to get a decent literate employee on our route

The gentlemen behind the counter at the Endicott Post Office must really hate his job. I asked for a piece of tape to affix a label and he refused to help me out. I had to go all the way home to get a piece of tape and return another day to send my package. I wasn't asking for free stamps or for him to bend over backward. Just a piece of tape. It goes to show you how rotten some people are. He really ruined my day.
