I had an appointment at the passport office. The guy in the there named ROSS was an unprofessional and rude person. He just wanted to go somewhere and was in a rush so he had to make an excuse not to process my application.Very rotten attitude. Will never go there again.

I had an experience at the Deer Park Post office with its supervisor, and upon leaving I was met with another customer that witnessed my encounter and commented to me now "I see why people go ballistic in the Post Office with that type or reaction". I was explaining to the supervisor that there was a problem with the mail being forwarded from my home he correctly showed me that I was incorrect but argued with me when I showed him that although he was correct the very next day the post office made a mistake and delivered to my home. After no satisfaction I called the general 800 phone number and explained my situation. The next day I receives an email giving me a apology for the incident with no mention of what happened. t was a general statement sent to all complainants. No phone no mention of the incident, date or any way to respond (phone) call Maybe the post office should be privatized this type of reaction would not be accepted elseware

Our family had a shockingly bad experience with the abhorrently rude passport clerk. 'R' was so disrespectful and nasty I wrote a letter to the State Department and Post Master General. If you need a passport avoid this place at all costs

I will never go to this location for passport services again. 2 years ago he was rude to wife and today he was rude to me. Go to the huntington office instead. They smile and say hello to you. Ross needs to be terminated at once. He gives the USPS and US PASSPORT services a bad name.
