have received several notices of something that couldn't be delivered. Asking to pick a date with nominal amount. I received one box, with no problem. We have a wonderful carrier and know this is not his problem, the other box was returned and I don't know why. RING THE BELL and stop charging money for something that could have been left. With the first one thanks...jmbecker 8-1 Springvale Rd COH

Had the occasion to visit the Crugers location this morning and had the pleasure of being greeted by Joe the gentleman on duty. He was particularly attentive to my issues and resolved every one of them in a manner that I have become accustomed to in this area of Westchester County. I have recently learned that Postal employees have not had a raise in pay for over 8 years. This is a travesty and must be rectified. No organization can expect that employees, like Joe, can maintain the commitment to customer service, as demonstrated by him, without the compensation that is needed to exist in this economy. Please pass my comments along to Joe, asap. I will be returning within the next few weeks and will be asking if he has heard from his management. Thank you.
