People are stealing letters from the blue mailboxes outside of the post office. Some post offices have installed a restriction on their boxes so that letters cannot be removed. When are the boxes in Perinton going to get this? Please repair the pothole at the entrance of the Ayrault post office that has been there too long. Thanks!

I need to put my mail on hold from Oct.11 until Nov. 9, 2021. I cannot pay for the $9.99 fee, as I have spent all my money on bills. Please help me!

The worst possible customer service I have ever seen in my life. If a driver can not open the door of the little truck and reach a little to put mail in the mail box and start dictating to the customer what has to be done then the Post Office should be privatized. Unions have destroyed the post office and maybe thats why you can not make a profit. Shame on the people who would treat the elderly like this. You have been spoiled to a point of no return.

Live on Shelter Creek Lane and bear Brentwood off of Jefferson Ave.. we didn’t have any mail delivery yesterday.. I mean no one on the street. People on Brentwood said this happened yesterday the 25th and also a week ago Sat. Are we still getting Sat deliveries.. or did u forget to let us know that u no longer support Sat deliveries?
