Good morning. I am a 40 plus year customer on Kinsey Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217. I do not see an email address to send photos to your location. Since I can't send them to you directly, I will post them online. I had medical treatments sent in the mail after having very serious surgery on both eyes Friday. I was sent the materials by USPS delivery. I know this was not our regular Postal delivery person. She would never do what another carrier did. You will see they said the delivery was put in our mailbox, which is at the side door. The through the box on the front porch, allowing the box to get completely soaked through. The front porch has 4 large signs, printed in English. TO NOT PLACE ANY PACKAGES ON THE FRONT PORCH. I am 100% disabled veteran and have to call someone to get the packages off the front porch due to some lazy (#$%^&&$@@××=/<<) not being able to read English. You will find the photos online since I can't send them through this portal. Our regular letter carrier, Traci, is the best carrier I can ever remember after being here almost 40 years. Have a blessed day, and offer English as a language to those that cannot read. I may sound missed, because I am. I have many limitations in life, and don't need our Postal Service adding to my limitations.

I live at 171 Vanderbilt St. Buffalo NY 14206. I have a gripe about delivery of mail that is addressed to me. Although my address number is on my mailbox and on the front part of my porch, some of my mail went to the house next door. I today checked for a package that I was expecting from Publishers Clearing House and since I didn't receive it I called PCH and was told that was sent' so I checked USPS website and there was a notation that the carrier said that he couldn't find my address so the package was going to be sent back to PCH.This was on 10/14/21. I almost forgot. My supplies for my CPAP machine that was sent to me is missing.

Please fix the machine that prints the date on the postmarked envelopes. I need to ensure that civil service letters are on time and can't do that if the date isn't readable. Thank you

Im writing a complaint against the recent postal carrier . Its May 20, 2021 311 Koons Ave Buffalo NY 14211. The carrier continues to place (ALL) Mail into one box. There's labeled names on every box. #We continue to get Other's people mail delivered into our mailboxes. I wished to have this Matter corrected Please Please and Thank you. Sincerely, Mrs.Linda Dallas Apt.1

I am “friends” with Brian Maurer, a postal worker on Facebook, and he is not a good person. He constantly posts blatantly racist and violent things on Facebook. He even goes as far as to call African Americans “colored” and “disgusting thugs” in the past!! Is this the kind of people you hire?!?!? Simply disgusting!!

Big deal so he uses colored. Judge a man by his character not his words. Speaking of which most of the rioters ARE A.A. . And whatever color of skin a person rioting is they are indeed a thug and worse, that's a kind word. You reap what you sow and that includes what a person is called by his actions. deal with it. You ain't going to have it both ways pally

I have had several pieces of mail torn upon arrival recently at my address in zip code 14217-1118. They are mostly bulky pieces or magazines. This is very annoying and I wondered if there is an equipment malfunction or another reason for this problem. I'd like it corrected.

The Postal Service needs to pay more attention to the reasons the mail has become slower than normal. And some of your reps from the 1 800 275 8777 need more professional training and manners. Not o mention the over extended wait time (10 mins or more) to even talk with someone concerning or issues. I've been calling and checking on a package that left Buffalo on Jan 31, 2015 and sill is not. I've writen this comment while waiting 13 minutes for help. Please look at your services.
