It took awhile to get through, but Christina is the BEST!!!! She helped me fix an address of a package and have it re-delivered the next day. Thank you Christina!!!!!! Love when someone says they are going ot do something and the follow through is completed.

This place should be burnt to the ground and covered with lead so that no future race will have to endure the awful, tormented presence of what was once the laziest, most incomprehensibly irresponsible post office on the planet.

This place needs to be shut the f*%k down, retrained or re staffed!!! I called to inquire about a failed delivery attempt and I got greeted with “you still here jig booty Judy” I replied with “huh” and was hung up on. I called back 5 TIMES IN A ROW and each time someone picked up the phone and immediately HUNG UP!!! I can go on and on about the issues I have with this place but honestly .... whos really gonna do anything about it??? Bunch of rachet females with no customer service skills smh.

Bianca Rosa seems to be a myth? Is she an employee? Is she stealing mail? I could find this out, but they continue to hang up on me after having obviously stolen or "misplaced" my mail. Bianca Rosa should not have a job.

This Williamsburg post office closes at 3pm Monday-Friday. When I told the manager that the website says it’s opened until 5 pm she told me “ that’s too bad if you don’t like it go to a different post office and closed the door in my face

the worst post office in the world. I try to have packages sent to work rather than risk them being sent to my home. If I am not there, and I have to pick up at S.4th St, I am screwed. Presently, they have lost a package of eyeglasses and they are refusing to reimburse. They are horrible

Trying to find missing Priority Mail package since 12/28/2019. Sent 12/9/2019. No updated tracking information after message saying 'returned to sender'. It has not been returned. Very unhappy with service

Nobody answered the phone call. The redelivery was scheduled one month ago, and I have not received the mail yet!

Recently the mail carrier must 've changed because they stopped putting the mail in our boxes and now leave the mail in the laundromat downstairs instead , just loose and all over the place , we've lost checks and important mail , they never answer their phone either , the worst !

I don't know how these people continue to have jobs and I dont know whos to blame. I never get any package even when Im home to receive it. No knock, sometimes a package slip, sometimes not. The worst is no matter what when you look the tracking number up it says delivered! Always at the same time too. Ive opened several cases that I never get any response to. Nobody answers the phone. Currently trying to locate the latest package Ive ordered that read "delivered". Postal worker gave me an attitude when I asked him about it "I DONT GOT YOUR PACKAGE!" I just wish someone would be at fault here.

I totally agree. I have the exact same experience. I stopped using usps for packages. I'd rather pay for delivery and actually get it. The other delivery services really do deliver packages, so why should I use USPS if it only causes a pain.

My packages get delivered to wrong address, next door building... When delivers to correct address they don't ring my bell packages are left in outside vestibule which entrance door is not locked. You call the number no one answers... Today I'm trying to figure out where my new package is tracking says delivers on 3/1 at 12pm but I was home and never received my package. This location and it's staff is the worse.

They never delivery my packages. They dont leave my notice slips. AND give an attitude when I'm trying to locate my packages without the notice slip that they never left. Only part of mail makes it. However they drop off a bunch of mail that doesnt belong to me (similar address numbers, etc.) SHAME

They've lost mail, including checks, and constantly do not deliver package slips, never mind the packages. I am terrified that I'll get any of my mail.

This is my home post office, and I consistently do not receive packages or package slips. The line for packages at this post office is outrageous, and I frequently wait over 45 minutes.
