I had a small 3 lb. box send via 2-Day delivery to arrive on October 31, 2018. It did not arrive on that date. I've called, faxed, and tried to get answers at the USPS 800 but No One has any answers, and I was given the "look it up on the website". I have supported the USPS and will probably support it, on a limited basis. But I will now be using UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc. to mail any boxes I wish to send to family and friends. I will only use USPS to send any regular snail mail which is required of me. Otherwise, I will use email. The USPS keeps stating it is in trouble, in the red, and that it is being "beaten" by emails, Fed Ex, UPS, etc., and it is feared it will go "belly up". Now I can see why.
