Over the past three years I have only had two issues where I required assistance from the employees at the Kingsbridge USPS location. Both times everyone was so kind and helpful. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are receiving the best services!! 10/10. Highly recommend!

This office is the most incompetent set of individuals I’ve ever come across. They constantly get our addresses mixed up and deliver mail to wrong addresses all the time. If they tell you, your package was delivered ask them to see the geotracking, it tracks and shows where the mail carrier drops YOUR package at. It shows the mail carriers path. If you can’t get anywhere contact the congressman’s office. It isn’t rocket science to read addresses and drop your mail at the RIGHT location. I did not receive mail yesterday 11/22/21 and last week for two days as well. Where my husband's medications were involved. I tried to call the post office no one answered, I guess the next thing to do is call our elected officials if this does not get resolved.

I'm expecting something important and for 2 days I haven't received any mail. I thought you were supposed to deliver in any type of weather conditions. I guess I was wrong. Where is my mail.

Absolutely horrid. I still am amazed At the fact that my first experience with this post office was so awful. These people at this location are so unhelpful and rude! Today i went in to do a change of address since I’m new to the area, and the attitude on my attendant was so uncalled for ! Then when i asked to speak to the manager, she was even worse. I just ended up leaving and not handling my business i was so frustrated. Someone who equally felt the same as me as we were walking out whispered to me and said “I see why my that nice young girl who use to greet folks at the door was fired/left: she wasn’t a mean miserable worker like the rest of these people. Trust me, you’re not the only one who dislikes this post office”. I was in shock. I can’t believe i moved from Yonkers (which has horrible USPS as well), to THIS. I guess I’ll try again another day. But for now, this place really needs a makeover and a whole new set of staff!

The service is horrible the mail is placed in any mail box the packages get lost and ive called to speak to a representative and have been left on hold of over an hour then disconnected. The service is this post office is very bad

The last time I received mail was april 3 and it was about 5 days before that. I know I have mail because I am registered with Informed Delivery and know what is suppose to come each day. I know Post Office is short on staff but this is ridiculous and probably verging on illegal. Is anyone in charge at the Kingsbridge branch and when will we get our mail...it's private property and being held back. Please at least address this issue and let people know what is going on and when we will get our mail. Where is the mail

I haven't gotten mail for the past 3 weeks my 3 pay checks I didn't get so what I'm suppose to do because you are scared to do your job every last one of you should ne fired....

They expect to resume servivice wednesday april 7

I know that the local post office is not running but I would like to know when it will be up and running. I called the local post office and of course they did not answer. Then I literally called up the national post office and they said that they'd have the local post office call me on the day when they are up and running to let me know that they are up and running. 🤦🤦🤦

Where does my mail end up? It hasn't been delivered yet this week.

No mail going on 3 days now. Last delivery Friday 3/27. Would appreciate an explanation. Expecting some important mail.

Long period of time many letters with my financial and personal information never came or was delivered to me by my neighbors in open anvelopes,sometimes this documents I found on the floor in foyer.My complains to main USPS office stay unresponsive.That is the CRIME!!!

Calling for hours no answer

You can't talk to these people. You are nice to them and they come back screaming and yelling. They are very rude, ignorant.

I am a resident of the bronx and two months ago I see that my important letters are not appearing in my mail box my dad sent me from Miami a letter with money and never came, my aunt also sent me 3 gift car for my children and never I arrived and asked for a new Chase card and it never arrived. I think that the people who have working are taking the letters, because the letters impártate I never receive it, I am going to denounce to open an investigation to that post Office.

I ordered a package from amazon which was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of August. the package was not delivered and when I checked on amamzon I was told that my mailbox was full which was a lie because it was empty and on top of that I was not even left a pink slip in the box. I then went to the post office close to my house ( Kingsbridge ) where I was told by staff that they can not find my package and he requested my contact information indicating that he will enquire about it to his supervisor and will reach out to me which never happen. because it is a amazon package I called the supervisor today who was very rude, immature and disrespectful. from the tone of her voice I know she is a ANGRY BLACK WOMAN, with no morals for her job. she did not allow me to even speak before getting all agitated on the phone saying she not looking for any package because its amazon sunday which my package is from amazon. i paid USPS to deliver my package and did not appreciate how i was spoken to by that supervisor because without us customers, she has no job. hope that supervisor gets replaced fast

This is the worst Post Office ever. They lost my package two times and when called they never have any update and keep on telling whatever is wriiten on the update page. We can read ourselves too. If you are just reading whatever is written on USPS tracking website and don’t have any update on the package why are you guys even working there? No patience for customers. Just want to hang up as soon as possible and are always rude.

Why do you even bother listing a phone number? No one picks up! It just rings and rings....

They aren't answering their phone!!! And now just got disconnected!!!! Important I find out what is going on with my package. FRUSTRATING is an understatement!

Yet another disappointed customer. It's not here. It 's in transit. I don't have that information. There is no one you can call. We don't know when the package will be delivered.This post office has lost 4 pieces of mail of mine in the last 6 months. The personnel are almost uniformly rude. Honestly, I have no idea why the post office is going broke.

I bought a few things from eBay and somehow I received part of the order but the other part the mailed person delivered in the wrong apartment. I have been trying to get this issue fix since 11/7/2014. Called the post office many times and no help, went there spoke with a supervisor who direct me to call the morning supervisor who sounded very nice over the phone. Told me she was going to investigate the matter and call me right back but I'm still waiting for that phone call. I've been calling her but is either call in an hour to she is not in. I'm upset because they are not responsible at all and this I lost the money I spent and keep waisting my time.

This is the worst post office. Every time I go there I have to wait too long in the line. The employee are very slow. Today Saturday August 23th around 12:30pm I was there to pick up some packet of my husband and I was waiting in the line for some minute nobody come and I knock the window and say hello and a black lady very rude came in a really bad attitude. I passed the ticket and my husband ID and she told me that she can't give me the packet because it was not signed. I told her listen I come all the time here and they give me the packets with out him sign it. I don't know Maybe she was mad Bc she has to work on Saturday or don't know but please the customers pay for the service don't try us like animal. For real This lady should not be working for customer service.

Out of all fairness, my regular mail carrier is 100% perfect and polite, and does NOT return our mail to the post office unless there is NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE.

A substitute carrier who I have dealt with when my regular carier has taken my domestic partner's coumadin back to the post office just for complaining. This substitute carrier has a loud, vulgar offencive mouth and has been abusive to other tenants who are elderly in my apartment building. She is dangerous and should be fired for the safety of it's customers. She is BAD MEDICINE!!!

Worst post office ever!!!

Bad noise from trucks ..I live right behind this post office where they signed I contract to park the trucks at. 5 6 7 8 9 am they rev there engines 15 feet away from my property. .. What a disturbance. Now they have an air conditioner problem .which makes more noise then the trucks .its been going on for weeks now .we call the d.e.p. and they come out here just to tell us it's a federal problem they cant do nothing.we speak to postal workers and they say that we are waiting for the repairman ..what a loud of crap ..no sleep .its Sunday morning today and I'm up because of the air conditioner .even though the post office is closed.this has got to be the worst post office in nyc

This post office sucks, they are really rude, disorganized, and they show no consideration towards a paying patron. All they had to do was re-deliver a package to my place of employment and they could not get it right. When I called to speak to a supervisor, the clerk had an attitude and put me on hold for about two hours. This is ABSURD.

Such a shame what has happened to the post office..this branch in the past offered stellar service 15-25years ago- recently with budget cuts this branch has turned into the most disgusting displeasurable place to go. This branch is fraught with rude, unknowledgeable nonempathic employees but in their defence, they are overworked with no overtime offers..quite a mess- the whole US postal system is really horrible

This post office really dropped the ball regarding packages mailed through them during the holidays, blaming it all on hurricane Sandy. I don't imagine an entire truck load of packages came up missing during that mess, and they should be held responsible for them, especially the insured packages. It's my understanding that they aren't being responsible regarding lost packages and aren't cooperating with the people that do business through that post office. It makes me wonder about their trustworthiness. I hope my friend and her family and friends are no longer doing business at this particular post office. Something just isn't right there... Just saying.
