I'm trying to make an appointment for a new passport and there is no places that I can make an appointment. Went to the site there are days available but when click on it and to the the page to make the appointment I get to that page it states there is no appointment for those dates. What's going on:? how can I make an appointment.
At the Mount Carmel Finance Post Office at 652 E 187 St. Bronx NY. a female window clerk who works on the left side of the windows with light hair and a bad attitude with the customers.This lady regularly closes the post office during afternoons from 1:40pm to 3:10 pm. she says for lunch. people have to make a long line outside or walk about 8 blocks to the post office at 188 St. Is always the same person who does this we never have any problems with any of the other window clerks at this station.She is the only one.With her attitude this woman is giving the postal service a bad image.She shouldn't be dealing with customers.
Supposely they tried to deliver a package to me yesterday and the address was incomplete so it was sent back to the post office. I go over there with my toddler stand in line for a whole hour and the b says that my package was tossed in the back ready to be sent to the shipper. First of all yall are suppose to hold the packages for atleast 2 weeks for someone to come claim it. I said i wasnt leaving so she said she would go get a supervisor. Im waiting and guess what? She came back with my package in hand that By the way it had the COMPLETE Address. And on top of that it was wrapped in saran wrap, when i got to my car and took off the wrap the package had a hole like someone tried to open. These btchss be stealing packages the last time they did the same thing and told me my package was sent back because of incomplete address, yet the shipper never received it. But atleast i know what the b* looks like lmao thats all I wanted. the next time theres an issue with one of my packages ima wait in my car, for her to end her shift and ima teach her a lesson not to play with people’s time and money.
why are you keeping my package? it s been like 5 days and my package is at your facility but you won t put it in PO box.. nor delivery. i really need my package for work... such a poor service from your part
My zip 10458, I don’t know why the mail man never come to my apartment, I paid them to deliver my packages and always I have to go to the hell post office to get the packages,the post office has to close down or fired everyone that work at Fordham station .
I never get my slips for any of my packages that should have been delivered I have to track everything on my own so I would know if they even tried to deliver it they say they leave a slip but never do, this is getting so annoying
This location boasts some of the hardest working USPS carriers, drivers and clerks in the five boroughs. While the post office itself is often crowded, and the lines take a while, this particular site serves one of the largest zip codes in the Bronx, and you can still get whatever you need while you are there.
You need to stop lying. This review is 3 years old and it’s still a mess at this location. The manager is unprofessional and told us that since they know we’re all getting Amazon packages, we can get a refund and not have our packages delivered. The workers are slow and rude. This place needs to be investigated.

This location is the worst !!!! If you have multiple pagages coming the same day you wont receive all of them. They do not leave any attempted slips ever. Will deliver your package to the wrong apartment and are always ready to get you off the phone before you can ask your question! Waiting in line sometimes there is a friendly face but most of the time its llike they dont want you there.I dont know if the understand the fact that our business keeps the location open. maybe another carrier will get that contract too. This location inin desperate need of some Customer Service Improvement. I hate to bash anyones business but service is horrible. I dont know if they need more employees o improve but managment should look into some improvement.
