If l did not sign for a certified letter how does it end up in my mailbox?

I would like to put A hold on my mail at 556 County Highway 110 Broadalbin NY, 12025. I would also like to purchase a PO Box to have the mail forwarded to.

I think your employees are rude. I lost a package that was delivered to your post office and all I was told was that it was delivered over the counter at 4:45 pm over the counter. Really, well it wasn't delivered to me or anyone related to the post office box number. There are times I receive numerous packages during a specific period but at times the package is on a truck out for delivery, not my delivery because I also do not get delivery. So my next question is why can't I get delivery Marion Tavolaro

Hello, I have a question. I have a camp and a house. is there anyway I can have all of the camp mail forwarded to my house address ? thank you
