Postal Locations

Although I have had a few delivery issues since moving to Batavia (somewhat expected as I used to live in the sticks), I've got to give credit where credit is due. Any time I've had an issue, the representatives are quick and kind with helping to find a resolution. They are also very apologetic and do anything within their means to help rectify an unwanted outcome. Special thank you to the employee, Kaitlyn (sorry for spelling) as it seems she's always the poor soul who gets my complaints/issues.

How do I order stamps

What's up with our driver? Sat I had mailbox flag up and 7 small package to go out. Went to box later in afternoon and new mail was delivered and jammed beside the outgoing. Driver never took the out going mail! I realize it a tough job to pull mail out of the box but it's their job!! Why don't we get someone that want to work!

I love it when you're waiting for your delivery and the mail comes without your item and then you read that USPS attempted to deliver, but couldn't because there was no access to location. Did my house or mailbox blow away??? Just say you forgot or it was too late and you'll deliver tomorrow. Happens too much! Idjits

I have had my flag up for 2 days. The mail carrier has not picked it up I watched him drive by. I called Batavia post office. The man that answered said, I don’t know what to tell you your carrier is gone for the day!!!?!? I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said, he was one. Didn’t mention his name.

I agree with comments below - there is some theft issue or mail disappearance issue going on in the Batavia post office. I have mailed two packets from Rochester - both with considerably more than necessary postage for hand canceling. Both had stickers all over and encased in plastic sleeves with return address and postage outside the plastic (for cancelling access) and reinforced with taped edges so the stamps would not fall off. Both have never been delivered. One was mailed about 6 weeks ago and the second about 12 days ago both to Sara Brunner, 8044 Oak Orchard Rd., Batavia, NY 14020. These envelopes were filled with stickers for Sara's critically ill child, meant in all aspects to cheer her up. I have never had any problem mailing these going to local addresses in Rochester. I do not appreciate your losing, trashing or just failing to deliver the mail. I will be escalating complaints higher up, including to Senator Schumer, who should be made aware of how badly the Postal Service has been compromised.

What is going on with the mail??? Bills are coming late and so far no mail delivered in 2 days???

In the past 2 weeks 3 large packages for Jenise LaLonde, address 7776 State Street Road, Batavia, NY 14020 have been delivered to our home. Our address is 7766 State Street Road. Again today another package was delivered to our home. A week ago I put a large note on our front door with our address on it hoping the mail carrier would stop dropping of Jenise's mail to our home. Serious issues in Stafford. In the last month I have received everyone’s mail. Clipnock Rd, Sweetland rd, Fargo rd’s mail. Two packages have been marked as delivered to my mailbox but no packages. Once my neighbor from 5 houses down delivered my package to me. Today’s package is who knows where, but not in my mailbox. My bank statements are showing up days late with black sharpie circles around the address marked “wrong address”. Help.

I believe there is a serious theft issue in your city. The last 4 packages I have tried to have delivered to my son's home at 5 Lincoln in Batavia have been stolen. I have called the post office about one delivery I have had my son and daughter in-law on separate occasions speak to their carrier. Just this Saturday a box was delivered from Amazon to their porch and then it was gone. Very bad form.

I would like to know why my out going mail was not taken today? I had the flag up. It looks like the mailman or lady just threw my mail in and took off.

HOW DOES IT TAKE 30 HOURS FOR A PACKAGE TO COME 40 MINUTES AWAY. PACKAGE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT WAS MAILED THE 15TH SCHEDULED FOR 16TH NOW NOT GETTING UNTIL 17TH. 1 DAY PRIORITY SUCKS NO WONDER NOBODY USES THE POST OFFICE ANYMORE. I COULD WALK TO ROCHESTER FROM BATAVIA AND GET IT FASTER. GUESS THE PONY EXPRESS IS BACK IN SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN
