Horrible. Important packages are constantly returned to sender without ever making a delivery attempt. Most recent occurrence is costing our company hundreds of dollars within a 1 month period after 2 rejected deliveries of fleet vehicle EZPasses.
I so disappointed with the service I been calling for the past 9 days and nobody answer they hang up the line ..I’m trying to pay for my PO.BOX and for some reason the wed side was not take the payment
My package is in this Post Office but tracking doesn't update online. All they have to do is look for it in this Post Office. From my investigations, my package is there right now! BUT this Post Office doesn't pick up their phone! It rings and disconnects over and over again. Why doesn't USPS do something about this Post Office? By the time USPS proceeds to look for it, it will be lost. Customers don't want their money back. They want the item delivered or for a postal worker to look for it at the time!
