The substitute postal delivery people go too fast. They don't read the name or street, just the house numbers, which means that some of our 1st class mail is delivered to a hermit on the next street with the same house number and we never get it. This last instance ((one of nine in the last 2 years) was a bill not delivered which resulted in a late payment.

The Angola post office has been dropping the ball.... I am currently in a situation where I need the post master to hold my mail and all packages .... And my mail only... This was all that was needed and was told no problem. Today I check my moms mail and I have mail in her mailbox. Number one- my mail slipped through and ended up in someones hands who thinks its ok to open my mail and keep what he wants. Number 2 -they don't care if peoples mail is stolen or opened by x boyfriends

Angola, NY Post Office employees and Post Master always give 5 star service. I personally have not received service like this anywhere! Thank you for honest and outstanding personal such as these people!
