We on Nathalie Ave are having the same problem. Ever since our original mailman retired. Either they are short staff, delivery time change or the new person is not delivering the mail. I have live on Nathalie Ave since 2000 and never had problems. Now we were give a notice to move our mailbox closer to the sidewalk. What is that about? I hope this get fixed asap.

What is going on with our mail delivery service?? (at 281 Richmond Avenue, Amityville). We did not receive our Amityville Record newspaper this week and it was late last week. For years, it was consistently delivered on Wednesday. I am getting concerned about the delivery of our more important mail (e.g. bills, notices, etc). Please advise as to what the problem is. TY

The Amty post office does a great job for postal employees. The odds of getting mail addressed to you are 50/50. The odds of getting a package are less.
