I just looked at your web site for Virginia City, NV. It says you’re open from 0800 to 1630 during the week. It also doesn’t mention that you’re closed between 12:00 and 1:00. A few months ago your local Post Office started opening at 0900 and is closed for lunch. Many of us do out postal duties during lunch when we’re off. Now that’s stopped. It’s extremely inconvenient for your customers. You have two employees, so why can’t they alternate their lunches so you don’t close during the day. I have also heard many complaints about packages being sent back because the PO Box number was not the prominent number on the label. I include my PO as well as my Physical but many companies will not accept this. It seems this year your local office is certainly NOT People Friendly. They sent a package back that was addressed to the school. What happened to the small town collaboration that has always been present? Maybe you should hire locals to work there. I’ve lived here 40 years and until recently it was a pleasure doing business with the local staff. Please take some action. Thank You.

I am having a progressively difficult time getting mail. Mail order products do not accept PO boxes, and they tell me my physical address isn't valid. In the last few months I have had bills returned and they were late because of that. Credit card companies are now insisting on a physical address. Please tell me there's something that can be done. I am very frustrated. Thanks
