The mail lady for my area of 89506 is the worst. She cannot get packages in the right box in the mail box bank. She says it's not her fault the boxes are out of order and make no sense. No amount of complaints gets anything done. No one answers the phone. If you file a claim they just close it saying your package was delivered correctly. Yeah, maybe to the group of mail boxes, but to the right one? Prove it. Oh wait. The customer is never right. HORRIBLE. No customer service. No accountability.

Tried to call 775 972 7054 on 1.18.22 at 9:45am. The phone just rings. No one answers and there is no VM. There is no way for me to speak to someone about a package that was not delivered due to ' driveway not accessable"

I have tried to reach Ted Sheppard, Mgr Customer Svcs at 7759727054, which is the number he provided to me to discuss my complaint concerning a missing package. I have called several times over several days and no one answers this number. There is no way to leave a message. So, I would say that you have no Customer Service Manager or anyone at the Post Office that answers the telephone. I have some serious questions that have not been answered concerning a package that has been under the control of the USPS since November 26 of this year and still has not been delivered to me.

I get no answer when I call. Someone keeps leaving me keys for the package boxes, but they don't work even when I use WD40 and a pair of pliers. I know you have keys that do work.

Someone needs to train or get rid of Young NA supposedly a supervisor at the Sierra post office on courtesy and patience especially with 76 year old disabled seniors! I have had issues with my package deliveries and was told to present a doctors letter stating why I am unable to pick up packages returned to the Post Office, and to no avail. The carrier returns them to the Post Office for pickup. No one, especially Young NA doesn't want to be bothered with me. Has hung up on me when I have phoned in trying to have my package re-delivered. Told me to do it on line. Hangs up phone. Doesn't say they are not allowed to leave packages at Apartment. If no lockers available won't try the next day to see if a locker is available. Found this out today when I tried to retrieve another package sent back to the Post Office. And I didn't learn this from rude Young NA who after I asked the clerk to get me a supervisor. He came to the door with a window opening and my being disabled walking with a cane and having a hearing disability unable to understand what he was saying and someone with a mask on for Covid -19 and an accent to boot! And when I asked Young if he could get someone to help me understand what he was saying he got so mad that he slammed the window in my face! What kind of people do you hire and then promote them to a supervisory position? I got back in line and then spoke to a young man that at least tried to explain the best he could why my packages are returned to the Post Office if there isn't a secure (locker) location available. You would think the Postal carrier might have taken a moment to explain the Post Offices new procedure to me. I should have not spoken to the clerk and taken up his time he had several customers waiting to be helped but Young NA was so rude and not a nice person. Get rid of Young or demote him to a letter carrier! He is of no use as a supervisor! This comment will probably go nowhere and is probably a waste of time. Will find out when I order things from a company that I can request they be delivered with anyone else but USPS! It is no wonder that the President of the U.S. has issues with the Postal Service and I am no Fan of his either!!
