Area for pahrump post offoce 89048. My name is Joann E. Codello , address 421 Margaret drive apt56, Pahrump NV. I checked my box here at 10 am today Friday 3323. The key to box 7 was in my box 56. I opened box 7 it was empty. We get the bigger box key when there is a box for me. No box in big area for me. Empty. What happen to my package. I'm expected yarn. I found the mail for four other homes on the ground behind a raised wall yesterday. I have tried to call the post office to find out how this happened and to see what they plan on doing to resolve the situation, there has been no answer at the local post office and there is a 50 minute wait time to speak to someone at the 800 number. Totally unacceptable....

USPS claimed to deliver an Amazon order on Sunday, Feb 28. Someone home all day - large dog who barks when anyone comes near the house. I was tracking this and UPS turned over this package to the local post offixe on the 11th of August and USPS attempted to deliver this yesterday. I checked my USPS Informed Delivery and there was an Exception Alert saying "Animal Interference." I DON'T HAVE A DOG in my property, I DON'T OWN a DOG. Besides NOT OWNING a DOG, I also REVIEWED my cameras around the house IF there was someone in my property at 5:05PM and THERE WAS NONE. I also, REVIEWED my 2-way cameras and my CAMERA doorbell that CAPTURE PHOTOS, RECORD, and SENDS Notifications BUT there's NONE. So, the USPS delivery person is EITHER LYING about the "Animal Interferance" OR TRYING to DELIVER my $735 worth of textbooks to the WRONG ADRESS. Unless, my INDOOR cat who HIDES when she HEAR something outside and when she SEE a person the first time BECAME VICIOUS or CHANGED its FORM and SNUCK OUT from my LOCKED Door and the LOCKED METAL SCREEN DOOR while I was in the shower at that time.

I am furious....I called to speak to someone regarding my "informed delivery". I moved to Pahrump in July 2019 and not getting my mail sometimes. I spoke with Supervisor Andrea who refused to give me her ID for identification and all she could do was blame Las Vegas for the delay, never took responsibility for her carrier. There is a bald man that delivers with no problems and is very congenial and friendly, the lady that delivers to Laute Drive 89061 is an imbecile and barely will even speak to you. Andrea was both unprofessional, rude and acted like it was exhausting to have to answer my questions. Her reply was, "Well you could rent a PO Box" if your unhappy with your carrier....REALLY?????

WHY IS IT I HAVE LIVED HERE IN PAHRUMP,NEVADA SINCE 1986 AND MY BROTHER MOVED HERE IN 2006 AND I KEEP GETTING HIS MAIL WHEN WE DON'T EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME POSTAL ZIP CODE? TO ALL THE POSTAL DELIVERY PEOPLE TRY READING THE ADDRESS MY BROTHER MIGHT GET HIS MAIL.

The Pahrump Post Office appears to not be mailing out my legal mail...well any delay int the mail is a fine-able offense Postal Code DMM 602 1-3 (e)(2) $5000.00.. Would the POSTMASTER GENERAL like a UCC Tort & Lien ; or are you going to lawfully process my outgoing mail?
