I've called the phone number multiple times over the course of multiple days. Every time I've call it rings for about a minute and then gives me a busy signal. Does this location even have a phone? Do they take it off the hook?
SCHEDULED A PICK UP ON SAT. NOBODY SHOWED UP. RE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY JUNE 28TH SAT AROUND ALL DAY WAITING FOR A PICK UP LEFT A NOTE ON THE DOOR TO PLEASE KNOCK I AM HERE. AT 4PM CALLED THE POST OFFICE AND A GAL WOULD HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH AND TALKING ABOVE ME. DID NOT GET ANYWHERE WITH HER, PHONE CONNECTION ON HER END CUTTING OUT. WE ARGUED. I HUNG UP. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN FOR TOMORROW. IN THE MEANTIME AT 5;45 HE SHOWED UP AND TOOK MY ITEM. SO FRUSTRATED.
The postal system has left me wondering. It has caused me all kinds of problems.
1. In July of this year I sent a large brown envelope with my TAX information to my accountant, located in Las Vegas. They never received it..... ??????
2. This past December 15th sent a payment to a credit card that was due the 28th of the month they did not receive it till the 29th.
The payment was going to Phoenix, Az. Are you using pony express.
3. Today I received I the mail that my mortgage payment has no been received. The check was mailed December 28th 2020.
The mortgage company has not received it. There letter is dated January 19th 2021.
Where is it????

My post office is Seven Hills PO. I have my mail forwarded to a mailbox which I rented. Recently a new credit card was mailed to me for renewal. The employee of post office returned to the sender. It is re-send again. I hope to see it in my mailbox this time.
I asked Juan, the supervisor about my package, I dropped off on 8/24/20 & he said, he doesn’t know & there’s no way to find out though online tracking said, received 11:40 am on 8/24 & still in Henderson, NV. Today is 8/27. So I asked for the Postmaster. Waited for 25 minutes and Stella came out. She said, she’s the manager. Very rude, unhelpful & very negativistic. She started yelling & told me it’s not her problem to fix my problem.
Wish there’s another USPS near me. Don’t want to deal with them again.
I attempted to mail 2 letters at the outside drop at the Seven Hills post office. The two boxes were so full I could not add my letters. In fact when I pulled mine out, another letter fell out. This is horrible. Anyone could come and steal mail. I went inside to mail mine and the line was so long I could not tell anyone. This also has happened twice at the Horizon Ridge branch. What is happening with our post offices?
v we ry difficult po to work with. Horrible route carrier. So bad that I had to forward my mail from my own home to another place. Even do, half my mail gets returned as vacant. Unbelievable!! I give up..simply the worst!!
The managers at 7 Hills are just as bad as the carriers. We have been having problems for years with our mail and medicine and packages being delivered to other people. Sometimes the neighbors bring them down. Sometimes we just LOSE our mail. (Bank statements). Right now my e-mail says my package was delivered Sat. at 3:55 P M. No mail was delivered. We definitely need a NEW carrier, maybe one who can read. Maybe also, a NEW manager.
your website said my package was delivered today at 12: 31 pm in the mail box. I was there at 3 pm, and no package was found, on the other hand , empty BoX !!!!!!!!.

I have been waiting for a delivery of important medication for 5 days. I was home Jan 18 but instead of ringing doorbell, our lady mailperson chose to put a brown card on our door, asking us to ask for re-delivery-I complained/ask for delivery Jan 18-the UPS delivery guy told me our mail deliverer was down the street GOING THE OTHER WAY-I have called 7 Hills Post Office in Henderson, NV and been promised again it would be delivered-was given a case # and still nothing--this carrier needs to GO and the post office needs to be disciplined by USPS--no wonder people use UPS!!! I need my meds!!!
I have constant problems with this USPS location. Try calling their published number as shown above (702) 897-7398. Most of the time you get 'User Busy' and the line immediately disconnects. Once in a while it rungs, but it rings & rings & rings button one answers. My mail on hold is screwed up about 50% of the time. Calling the 800 number gets some response, but often they say accumulated mail will be delivered the next day, but it take more phone calls to the 800 number to get the issue resolved.
Also, the CAPTCHA process doesn't work well on this web site. Try it!!!
Inspirada route 6112 license plate 79F467 I saw this man abusing my neighbors mail!!! I want a complaint filed against this independent contractor and him removed from this route. I myself have been missing bikes for the last 3 months and I witnessed this man standing back furiously throwing letters into boxes that would miss and fall to the ground. I confronted him and he said his name is Sean/ Shawn Feltzing berg. I told him I saw him violently throw a box into his vehicle from the opened mail container. He apologized and said it wasn't for this address, I replied it doesn't matter who it's for, if he is going to do this federal job, he needs to have respect for people's property!!!
No stars for this delivery service. Had an order in for 2 days now to have a package picked up in my box. It should have been picked up on 9/29/16...it is now 9/30/16 and 8PM and my package is still not picked up and there is no home mail delivery to boot.

We ordered a Iman dress, necklace and had from HSN.They said it was mailed to us by USPS and according to their tracking, it arrived at 7 Hills PO. Two days later, the postman delivered our parcel. At first glance, we noticed it was tampered. The original package was open and hurriedly repacked with Scotch tape and the package was very light. We told the postman to wait and opened it right away, while he was filling the mail in our community mail boxes. The Iman dress and necklace was missing and the straw hat was all creased up. Looks like it was repacked in a hurry. We have no doubt, that this is an inside job. The substitute postman said that we have to go to the 7 Hills and we did right away. He came rather late,after 4:30PM. The supervisor at 7Hills PO was sympathetic, but we are not sure if there will be an internal investigation. Speaking to our neighbors, we have heard the same story. This is a systemic problem in this PO and we need an independent investigation. People are too busy, as the company usually replaces the items, so the people that are doing this, which we suspect is an inside job is getting off with this. So far, the 7Hills PO have not given us an update about our complaint. We will wait for another week, before we ask our local TV stations to investigate.
