Often missing mail that shows up on Informed Delivery but not in my mailbox. Today and over sized package was out in my box and I am unable to remove it. No one answers phone at post office and couldn’t find carrier in my neighborhood to come back and get it out for me. Post office needs to do better.

I would like to know how a package of mine to be delivered to my address was not with the message “non existent address” when the day before a package from the same company arrived at my door. Then said package was delivered to an address in Utah? This is the second or third time your carrier has done this. (Too lazy to come down my road?). This is disgusting service by the folks at the Fallon, Nevada Post Office.

Mail delivery has ground to a halt. We miss a couple of days a week. Now we haven’t had any delivery in a week, it’s completely inexcusable. You had one job! 🤬

Refuse to answer phones. Gets answered then hung up on. I just want my mail bro and I have no vehicle to go to the post office please answer the phone.

Mail carriers forced to work in unsafe conditions for hours after dark. False reporting regarding attempted deliveries, which can be proven by video on security cameras. Carriers being called back and not delivering First Class mail and packages at all. When questioned about the failures the response is "Orders from above the Fallon P.O. level." Call for support Fallon USPS, you need help. Do it now before some child gets run over in the dark.

Fail to deliver my mail & small packages into my oversized mailbox. Now failing to deliver mail at all and requiring me to go 22 miles out of my way to drive to the post office to pick up my mail because they cant put it in my mail box? Why? I paid the shipping, now I have to buy $4 gas to drive 22 miles in to pick up my mail and packages, they must think I'm made out of money, especially after I footed the bill for the shipping, only to have it miles away and short of my mail box, asking me to come in and pick it up, 2 days late after it was listed out for delivery. FALLON USPS, you can do better.

When ever I have registered mail it is not brought to my door. It is put in my mail box saying it was & now I have to go Post Office. I've watched it happen,have it on video.

I’ve never had mail not delivered for days and been called to pick up my mail? USPS delivers mail and I’ve never seen the issues we have in Fallon. I’d say, hire more postal workers in Fallon if the routes are spread too far out? I know a lot of people that need work? But can’t get mail every day. ???

They will not bring your package to the door because they are to lazy to get out of their car and walk 30 feet. They will have you drive all the way to the Post Ofice to pick up your package. They have done this many times, so this is normal operating for them. Also very dishonest.
