The blonde old lady I Crystal Bay Motel is racist! I observe her smiling and treating other people with great customer service but as soon as she sees my skin colour her face changes. She laments that they hold packages for 30 days yet when my package arrives, she refuses and return them the very next day! I'm only here for 2 months and to get a p.o box is not on my list since I'm not here for too long. I need the relevant authority to look into this matter as I am a tax pays just as everyone else.

This post office is now closed and has my packages. How can I pick them up? No one answers the phone and the national call in center has over a one hour wait. My number is 617-872-3505
