I ordered from ebay and never got it. The tracking number stated it was scanned and placed in my box but I never got it. It's been two weeks now and they said they are going to refund me. When I made a follow up they said the seller needs to call them first before they are going to refund me. For what? It's their fault. But then I still followed their instruction since I want to be nice. It's not a big amount, the thing is how they are doing with their jobs. They need to do better and more careful in handling mails.
