The woman at the Rowe post office is extremely rude to costumers. In my case she said I had to get my package outside because I was not wearing a mask. Then she slammed it on a container out back. The package is very clearly mark FRAGILE HANDEL WITH CARE. I am a Federal Employee. By my understanding mask a a personal decision in Federal Buildings, but not for some employees like postal worker, t6hey can be required to wear one. I would have been written up for behavior like hers!
I was suppose to receive a package on the 5th of October, and it was delivered, but the employee how dropped of the mail left the wrong key for the wrong parcel number, I have tried contacting the post office and they have only said they do not have the package at the postal building where mail is delivered from, This package was worth quite a bit may I add. This woman has been messing up our mail for years now and it is time for her employers to take action and dismiss her from her line of work.
In July, 2021, I submittedd a hardship letter to the main post office, per instructions from the supervisor there. The purpose of the hardship letter from my doctor, was to be able to move my mail box from the street to by my front door, due to medical issues. I am a senior citizen. I have received no notification by phone, mail, or email to indicate that I can go ahead and move my mailbox. Can I move it now?
Today July 14th 2021 1299 Vegas Verdes Drive where I reside there is one whole section of the mailboxes left wide open for anybody to take the mail it is now 6:30 I left at 5:15 and the mail was being delivered
Yes I mailed around 20 to 30 envelopes to churches with money and they all got stamped and crossed out stamps stating that I cannot they cannot be delivered because wrong address I've been mailing these envelopes for years this postal person should be fired for crossing them out and not delivering them nothing wrong with the package must be lazy and wanting to return them I need new stamps now from the post office and new envelopes because he crossed out everything I like to send you a picture but I can't so where and how can I get my replacement of stamps and envelopes????
It would be super amazing if you would answer your telephone especially when my mail is not getting mailed to my address and I am receiving everyone else’s mail but my own. What’s going on???

The “security mailboxes” supplied by the post office and the only one that the PO will deliver to were destroyed in my neighborhood. Mail has not been delivered for weeks. The PO has not even tried to repair or replace. No one will answer phones in any of the stations. Hoe about doing your job?
Hi I live in Santa Fe. Last October I filled out mail forwarding forms because I had to caretaker my father in law. The mail is supposed to be getting forwarded to the address I left but it is not being done. Several medical bills and correspondence from relatives have been returned and marked vacant? I need to get my mail. Please call ASAP 541-999-7011 or email me with a number that actually gets answered by someone. This is very important.

I know that mail delivery has been problematic recently, with days without mail delivery etc., but today I would like to give our postal service some praise: we got a Christmas card delivered ( to Alto Street, NM 87501) that showed as address Neto Street (the sender apparently could not read her own handwriting in her address book), NM 87521. 😊
This is the 3rd, if not more times, that I've had issues with the S.Fe Postal service and delivery of letters and boxes to my brother! Early year a box containing VIP paper work and 2 gifts was reported lost!! I was told the label was missing! It's the same USPS label people!!!!
Now, a letter sent to 31Eagle Ridge Dr., Santa Fe 87508-5907 was returned, yellow sticker over "Delivered to Arroyo Ridge!!!! Clearly, the address was Eagle Ridge..... There is NO excuse for mail being delivered incorrectly then weeks later I find in my postal box and Very Angry!!
I will be expecting an email from your P.M General as the USPS stands on its delivering and I have always supported with stamps and mailing, but am losing faith.....................PS THe lost box was pre-Covid and yes, I had tracking etc but a weak excuse of LOST and that it was in Georgia.......I look forward to more clearity as I now have spent a lot of $ and time tracking my post!!! The package key does not unlock my package. The key hole has been blocked. Possibly vandalized. Box located in front of 4009 Milagro Oro, Santa Fe, NM.....serial number 000407. I am unable to connect via phone, probably my fault. Could USPS fix?
I was on St Michaels when me and other motorist had a small bumper to bumper accident. We both pulled over to talk and look over the damage to both vehicle. That is when a post office worker comes yelling and screaming at me out of his vehicle. He yelled and said it was all my fault and that I better not call the police. I asked him to go away as this is not his problem. He did not go away and begin to harass me. He was making me and the other motorist very uncomfortable and at one point looked as if he was going to charge towards me. After yelling at me he finally went back to his vehicle so me and the other motorist could talk. Me and the other motorist agreed the was no damage to either vehicle and the was no need to call the police.
I walked over to the post office worker truck to ask him name and he refused to give his name and stated I could no walk up a postal worker as it was illegal. Since he refused to give me him name I walked around his truck to get his vehicle identification number .
The number was 1259250.
In my entire life I have never been harnessed by someone in uniform working. This completely ruined my day and I will never feel the same about the United States Postal service. To make matters worse he was not wearing a mask and when he was yelling at me I could feel his spit hit my face.
Your employees are measuring up to the demands. Give them a thumbs up. Management, however is not thinking things through. The closing of the DeVargas Mall sub station is not necessary if you think things through. The Mall is closed to all traffic. That however doesn't prevent the opening of the substation. Allow entry by the one closest door and post one of the Mall guards who staff the MALL during normal business to keep people from wandering around. This will take so much pressure off the main post office simply but stopping the requirement of people having to go to the main for the their mail rather than their mail boxes at the substation.
I have a pile of stamps that are maybe 5 years old. I want to turn them in and get forever, current stamps.
How do I do this? Do I take them to my local post office? Do I need to total the $ sum for each denomination of stamp (1, 11, 40 cents, etc.)
or will they want to count them? I hate to take so much of their time counting...how to do this? Thanks.

I mailed a card from Cali to SF for my nephews birthday approx. August 7th (took it inside USPS to mail) the card never arrived.
Coincidentally, my niece from Phoenix also mailed a card to my nephew around the same time, this card never arrived.

Mail delivery is a joke. Been here for 8 years and still have problems receiving mail and packages from USPS. Tired of running my mail down. The worst part is that no one seems to care! I have had cards returned to sender stamped address unknown!! Crazy
We have been in our new location for over one month , make many many trip to central post office , we have wait and wait so many time and yet after all the paperwork done , we GOT NOTHING absolutely NO MAIL and some of this mail is very very important ...I m reaching out to the Postmaster to resolved this problem ... WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS OUR MAIL ???? our mail need to be somewhere ????

Went into the main PO and requested help from Steve who on the surface was polite but went out of his way to do the least he could to help. I asked when the PostMaster was available to talk to and could not get any info other then "I don't know". He made it sound like she might be gone forever while insisting that I need to talk to her. His attitude is unpleasant. Now I am trying to call and find out this info but can't get an answer. All very frustrating.
I have a box off of highway 285 going north, so my mail is distributed out of the USPS downtown location. Just found out that my monthly bank statement has not been delivered to my house because it has been returned to sender since Jan, 2018. So my bank stopped sending them. Calling the post office is useless, even if they answer. Not sure, but I think some of the mail is being routed to a different location. I know I have received some of my neighbor's mail, so some of the mail is being delivered to the wrong boxes. Very careless carriers. It keeps happening, so no one is being held accountable. Very poor service.
Service is abysmal. Management is terrible, and there are no repercussions for poor mail delivery. My mail comes out of the Federal Plaza branch. I have been in Santa Fe only a year, and have already had four problems in getting mail. I even had tracking numbers for three of the pieces of mail. The staff doesn't care about missing mail. They make little effort to fix problems. The sense I get is that there are no repercussions--so they feel no pressure to fix things.
Santa Fe's post office, leaves a lot to be desired. The service is abominable, no matter which post office I call. Even the head post office will NOT answer their phone, and even when they accept their mistakes, issues don't get resolved. Amazon has advised me they have delivered a piece of medical equipment, on the 8th. of May. Had to personally go to the Pacheco office which is quite an inconvenience because it is far from where I live--- to learn that the manager had made a mistake, and unnecessarily ordered new keys, locking us out of our mail box. Post office called the wrong number, to inform us, but because manager writes the # 3, as if it were an 8, they could not reach us. She apologized, saying our problem is now resolved, which is NOT. The delivery man has put our mail in the wrong box, having our neighbors ring our bell to deliver our mail. This is extremely frustrating and irritating, to know that even our medical equipment is NOT being delivered. The mail boxes are only a few steps away from our house. Why couldn't the mail man have delivered the medical equipment box, as a matter of courtesy, to our door?
WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED MAIL AT OUR NEW ADDRESS, 1563 BISHOPS LODGE ROAD FOR THE TWO MONTHS THAT WE HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE. I HAVE BEEN TO THE MAIN POST OFFICE 6 TIMES AND NEVER EVEN GET A RESPONSE. TWICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION BUT HAVE NOT.
