The tall white lady with the bandana mask has the WORST customer service. Extremely rude and hateful. Makes comments under her breath walks away when you are asking questions and doesn’t come back. Disgusting behavior from someone who is in customer service.

this post office is so gross with floors covered in dirt and mud and the clerks are always in sour moods and very unfriendly and rude

Horrible service and racist clerks I was called a "filthy ni***r" by a tall white female employee who was in a bandana mask under her breath as I was waiting patiently to purchase a book of stamps. I'm visiting northern new mexico from Illinois and was utterly shocked by the blatant racism and prejudicial service I received . Postal customers beware especially people of color , the Ranchos de Taos post office employs racist bigots.

I am moving to Ranchos at the end of November. I have contacted the Ranchos PO by telephone several times -- THE POST MASTER AND CARRIER AMY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I wish I could let them know, but I will tell them when I get there!
