Why do they have to drive on the sidewalk to deliver the mail. It is against the law for anyone to drive on the sidewalk. They do it all the time on Avenida Montoya and Avenida Maestas.

I’d like to know why my letter on May 5,2022 crammed three packages inside my mailbox? One was 24” long and 15” wide, it was sticking out from the inside the mailbox. I’m pretty sure they would know the box was to small. I really that most service providing business service has gone down hill since the pandemic. But we now it not that bad and I can’t see by the customer are still receiving terrible service. Please have someone email about this issue.

A big shout out to the mail lady in the Rosa ave area in Los Lunas, NM. We were on our way out the house when my 3yr old saw her with her Santa hat on and was so excited to watch her deliver packages. As my daughter waited to wave at her as she passed our house she stopped and gave my daughter a chocolate filled candycane!!! She has made our day even on a stressful day like today... Christens eve day. I appreciate her joy and spirit on this day!!!

seem the los lunas post office on Carson ST. (505-865-7887) refuses to answer their calls. reached someone early in the morning he said the office manager (crystal) would be in at 10:30 (nice hours ) called at 10:30 multiple times and they will not answer ?

This has to be “one” of the worst government offices! The Postmaster only cares about him having a job. The Employees are as bad as the postmaster! The phone is always off the hook, they don’t deliver packages when they’re supposed to, nor they update any tracking information, We pay for these services! this is what’s wrong with America!!! Yes I've been trying to call them for a whole week and getting no reply I've been expecting some mail and I got on the app where it has you if your mail is coming that day while it's supposed to be here today on Friday and there's still no mail I want to know if somebody stole it or something can't get a hold of anybody on the phone cuz they don't answer very irritating

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, SPENT MY MONEY AND TIME FOR FOOD-BANK DAY, DRIVER DROVE OFF WITHOUT TAKING IT (boxes were sitting right there next to my mailbox), EVEN THOUGH THE POST OFFICE MADE THE COMMUNITY AWARE OF THE EVENT. THIS IS WHY THE FOOD BANKS ARE EMPTY, THE DRIVERS ARE NOT SOCIALLY MINDED OR RESPECTFUL.

I have tried to call the local post office here in Los Lunas located on Carson Avenue. The phone just rings and rings and rings and nobody answers and there’s no voicemail. I need to speak to the postmaster in regard to my mailbox being burglarized. This is the second time in maybe three months that the lock has been broken off my mailbox. I was wondering what can be done about this.

Hello, I have had to blade my driveway entry for over a year now due to Postal driver's "rabbit start" from my dirt driveway onto paved Orona Rd.. I have to realign a vehicle from hitting the deep ruts. I have left a note kindly asking the driver to pull out slowly, without remedy. My address is 17 Orona Rd., Los Lunas,NM 87031
