Incredibly rude and not willing to help customer! I mailed a package to germany using a priority mail flate rate large box supplied by the post office. I mailed this package on Nov 28, 2020. I have been following this package with on line tracking and since Dec 20 it says it arrived in frankfurt and is "out for delivery" The package has not been received. I went to los alamos post office today to ask for help finding this package, I was told repeatedly that the "package was delivered" As it turns out it was received by the postal agent in frankfurt but not delivered to adressee. The postal employee was incredibly rude, would not help me in any way other than to repeatedly tell me that the package was delivered. When I explained to her repeatedly that the package was NOT delivered and I wanted to know how to either make a claim or get more help tracking it she continued to say like a robot, the package was delivered, then she stated that the post office is not responsible for packages that are mailed to foreign countries. my warning to all, DO NOT USE LOS ALAMOS POST OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO MAIL INTERNATIONAL. They suck!

This office has refused an Every Door Direct Mail from a local business for 3 weeks. They offer no support and each week after hours and materials are used, they come up with a new excuse as to why they cannot process the already paid for service. The customer service is poor. If you want something done right, don't stop here, make the trip to any other office in Santa Fe or Espanola.

Last week, Tuesday Dec 3, a package was marked as delivered to my porch or near the front door. It was not. My surveillance security system did not record any activity during the time that was stated for the delivery. It also would be very uncharacteristic as the carrier almost never puts anything on my porch, normally leaving it near the box on the street. Also my regular carrier rarely delivers my street before 5:30pm, sometimes as late as 7pm. I don't go out in the dark in the winter due to ice and the associated slipping hazard which exposes these packages to theft. Please ask the carrier to put all packages on the porch in plain sight of the front door security camera. Thank you for your help.

some of my mail somehow is getting forwarded to my son who lives in a different county and we still get some of his and some of the mail for the person who left the house over 3 years ago.we have done the paperwork to have our mail forwarded and have included instructions as to where my sons should receive their mail..neither son sent a forward request...my brother has also rec'd some of my mail.I ONLY moved 3 blocks from the old house...I have talked directly to both carriers in this section of town and they can't give any reasoning as to why there is so much confusion... I moved from 543 grand canyon to 80 Le Jano.. I will be glad to list all current occupants of my house and give details as to where my sons live if need be.. Thanks Tom
