Not sure which is worse, having the USPS locate a missing package or waiting for a Supervisor to come to the blue door to speak with me. Sad there were 2 Supervisor on duty (11-14) and neither one could make the time to speak with regarding a missing package after waiting for 30 mins.
Received a large bundle of Nov 2022 mail on July 31,2023. In the bundle were
several items that were needed to file taxes, utility bills, and two packages of
needed medicines plus all of the routine mail
Today May 7, 2023, I received notice my mailbox is obstructed and service will be suspended, you can park an SUV by the mailbox with no issues and NO OBSTRUCTION. If your carrier does not want to do their job then please remove them for someone else. This is the second time service is stopped for problems that do not exist, Jornada/East Mesa area

The commerce postal branch in las cruces has the most hospitable employees EVER !! I work around the block from there so I know most of the clerks. The greatest of all is Josh who answers the phone. He helped me through a major crises I had with the clerk Im forced to use in organ New Mexico. Josh calmed me down and I was very satisfied with the professional help he gave over the phone! Thank you all for your service except woman in Organ who threatened me .
Always have problems with delivery. Mail delivery is a joke. If there is a package there's a 50/50 Chance I won't get it because they don't delivery to my house. Iive of Holman in Las Cruces. Always excuses. Mail man/woman are lazy
Carrier does not pay attention to the mail he's placing in the mailboxes. I receive my neighbors mail and have to take it to them. I'm missing mail and never receive it. My pkgs end up delivered damaged due to the USPS carrier not handling with care. VERY POOR SERVICE!
The automated system sucks big time. Was informed the package was delivered, however, it is not in my mail box. I was unable to be connected to a real person. I am very frustrated at this lack of human contact who would have been able to take care of my concern immediately. Instead I wasted 45 minutes of trying to get through to a live person. My theory: We have a postman who does not read the address, but places the mail by last name. I live on the same street as my daughter. I have received some of her mail already.
The carrier for the Sonoma Ranch 88011 area appears to be dyslexic. They keep pitching mail in my box that has all the same numbers as my address, just in the wrong order. I complained to the USPS which took over an hour and was provided a complaint #33671416. That was last month, and the problem has gotten worse! I don't think the USPS gives a CRAP anymore. It's all part of the continuing degradation of our society. Brace yourselves!
The Las Cruces Commerce Post Office route delivery workers have a bad habit of lying. We have had 3 deliveries rescheduled because they said drive was blocked, not true. Now we have 1 held at the office they said was customer request also not true. Hopefully this review does not fall on deaf ears and someone can be responsible enough to fix the problem. I am not the only person that has this issue.
When you call them they don't answer the phone. customer service is terrible. You can never talk to a real person. I was suppose to receive a package and it was not delivered, the tracking stated it was being held at the PO. I go to the PO and they cannot find it. They stated it might be out for delivery 4 days later it still is not delivered. I go to the PO and they cannot find it. I try calling them and it will hang u on you for waiting so long.
Good Morning.....I received a package Sunday that was placed in my mailbox. When I went to pick it up, the postman stuffed 3 packages inside and folded on envelope which was a card thus resulting that being folded in half and destroyed. I had to submit a return back to Amazon for the damaged product the postman created. If I get multiple packages I would expect better care for them and not just stuff the box. I know we have the package boxes when they leave the key in our box to open or items have been left at my doorstep. Very disappointed in the care of my packages. This was done on Sunday morning delivering to 6840 Cassini Ave.
I live on Pena Blanca Loop and get our mail on Ladera Canyon. Our mail person is the BEST there is. I've heard rumors that she may be let go from a complaint. It would be a great injustice to Iris and all of her customers here in Talvera. If you need more proof of her capabilities and how her customers love her, I will get every household in Talavera to contact you. Keep Iris, she is a gem.

Package was to be delivered on Tuesday (10/11/21) and the postal carrier delivered up the opposite side of the street and ended. Package was not delivered. Wednesday, we met the postal carrier at the mailbox and received a peach colored notice to Re-Deliver the package, after they never tried to deliver the first time through. Then I tried to schedule it online, but the app wouldn’t complete the transaction. I called the number listed and no answer, looked up the post office number and still no answer. Please hire more help if you can’t provide the services.
If a carrier can’t complete the route, it would be nice if the finished where they left off the previous day.
Looking for the mail that Informed Delivery said would be delivered on Saturday 9/11 and as of today 9/14 it still has not shown up. There were some important documents in that mail and now they seem to have disappeared. When I just tried to call the Commerce Office to report the missing mail, it just rang and rang, totally unsatisfactorily customer service at all levels.
We purchased a home a month ago and the old owners did not leave a forwarding address. We have been getting their mail for a month and returning it to the post office. The post office told us to leave a "green form" in the mail box and they would stop delivery. The green form has never been picked up. I called 1800ASKUSPS and, of course, you can't talk to a human. I called my local post office and no one answers. The post office constantly raises rates and provides less service.
I received an e-mail on 3/3/21 saying my package had been delivered to the parcel container at 4:14 pm. There was no key in my regular box to enable me to retrieve the package. Please have the forgetful carrier put the key in my box.

My mail keeps being returned to sender. I have been at this address for two years already. I receive some mail and some mail still gets sent back to sender this is ridiculous. I have called the post office number of times and they will not answer the phone!
I am in a neighborhood mailbox with separate boxes. Website says attempt was made to deliver a package (large), but no yellow notice has been found in box since supposed dedlivery attempt (Feb. 1). Took printout to Commerce and they said they do not have the package. I didn't have the tracking number so they gave me 'phone number' to call for additional help.

I’ve called numerous times to register a complaint regarding my package delivered on Sunday, 1/24/2021 which I found on the street when placing my trashcan on the entrance of my property....had I not gone out ....my package (large box) , any passerby’s would have taken it... my driveway extends around 50 ft. before reaching my courtyard. CARELESSNESS BY THE CARRIER IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
For the last couple of week I have had a hard time opening my mail box, then a tougher time removing the key. Last evening I could not get the key to work at all. Please Help!

On SUNDAY, June 21, a package was delivered. It did not fit in mailbox so carrier wedged it between box and a post. 1) I don't check mail on SUNDAYS
2) since it did not fit in box carrier could of taken 2 minutes to drive up to house and at least HONK leave by gate 3) there was food in package, if not for me taking my dogs late evening I would not of found package till Monday.
That package in heat of Sunday, warm evening into hot Monday morning.
If you make a SUNDAY DELIVERY, SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO HOME. People don't check for mail on Sundays. I also had problem with substitute carrier who did not delivery my medicine I had to sign for. Claimed no one was home and left signature card in mailbox. they lied. WE WERE HOME. What happened to the days when people cared. Decades ago I was a mail carrier in MI. And I CARRIED the mail from house to house. I would of lost my job if I was like your carriers. If they don't like their job. Have them quit and give it to someone who would be grateful for it.
I got TWO late payment charges and late interest charges on two credit card bills I made payments by check for on 4/25/2020 which I put in my mailbox. To date, my payments have not posted. I suspect that these were lost "somehow"..Since we are the subject, I had a package crammed into my mail box when the carrier could have left me a note to pick up at my neighborhood post office. thanks a lot carrier...
I have been trying to reach the office by phone and no one answers the phone. The phone rings until the call is automatically disconnected. There has got to be a better way to get customer support. I have called the other location in Las Cruces and they actually answer the phone - but are not able to support me because they don't service my zip code. The service on Commerce is unacceptable, not equitable and requires attention. I agree that attention needs to be drawn to this site's lack of response to the community.
I believe my postman hates me. Twice in a row, delivery on 4/24/2020 and on 4/24/2020, he made large envelopes fit a smaller mailbox, thereby ruining the contents within. I am elderly on a fixed income and I cannot afford this. I have photos but see no way to submit them.
I have a complaint about our mail carrier. Tracking slips for 3 pkgs. state they were delivered but no key in mailbox for any of them. Don't know what is wrong with this mail carrier because he is either putting in wrong mailbox or says he is delivering them but we never get our pkgs. Do you suggest that I file a theft report regarding the mail carrier or what do you think we should do. This is getting old.
Although my mail service seems ok I find my mailbox often overstuffed with mail. I live two houses down from mailboxes is there anyway mailcourier can drop overflowing mail at my residence instead of overstuffing my mailbox. Many of my important documents have been ruined due to this overstuffing. Also Saturday mail, I was getting my mail just fine before the new year, now I am NOT getting SATURDAY mail. It is taking up to 8 days to get much of my LOCAL MAIL.
