do y’all ever answer the phone ???? Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with, I’m just calling for a simple question and can’t even get that….do I have to come up there to ask a question, y’all need a NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP, absolutely terrible. I’m furious right now, it’s 2023 and people can’t answer the dam* phone… RIDICULOUS

l submitted a change of address card to the Hobbs Post Office in person a month ago and mail is still going to the old address. I called the office and it rang until it went to a busy signal. This is no way to conduct business. Disgusting.

Postal office needs to get better service!!! Everyday different mail person every day different times !!! Packages never getting where they need so losing money and cant get a refund for it they need to fix something

I put in a change of address it is active as of the 10 of this month , you just delivered a package to my old address for the second time.. I’m really disappointed about this because it’s a birthday 🎁 for my niece who is turning 2 today.Get it together already please send all my mail to the new address you was provided!!!

I've been waiting all day for my package and. It's not here. I think mail man put it at wrong house. I've been home and watching it was never drop off

Jal post office is in dire need of new management, I’m pretty sure your postmaster is dealing in illegal use of postal facilities as in living there. I watched him insult the clerk and make her cry in front of a full office.

Please pick up my priority mail I called about 2 days ago. On my porch ready to go paid for. 223 W. Vega Dr.

same here they take forever

I've been calling for 40 minutes straight and the phone is BUSY. WHO in the world doesn't have call waiting or a calling system in place? It's 2015 for crying out loud! Now I have TWO issues with this post office instead of the original one I was calling about. They deemed my package "undeliverable" even though my doorstep is mere feet from the mailbox. It's baked goods, and you said you're sending them back. So that's $70 down the drain since they'll spoil by the time they get back to the bakery. If you would just answer your phone, I could ask that you leave it there so I can pick it up, but I'm stuck at work FUMING because I can't get through. I can't believe this is even an issue in this day and age!
