I have a piece of mail that should to be delivered 11/18 and has not yet been received. This is the second mailing that I have lost.
I want this to be investigated and a insurance claim be submitted.

This postal hub is great! I have had several queen bees delivered through here and they arrive promptly and are handled carefully. I just want to give them a public THANK YOU.
BTW, one shipper sent queens through UPS regrettably. They went from Houston area to Albuquerque and then here to Carlsbad of all things. Should have come through Lubbock. They arrived two days late in a heat wave and I had dead bees. That never would have happened with the USPS.

The post office in Carlsbad, N.M. suck!!!!! They don't answer their damn phone!!!!! I'm trying to reschedule a redelivery of a package. To much of a hassle!!!!! X
