Today we had appointments to renew our children's passports at the Anthony Post Office. Jeff helped us and was GREAT! He explained the whole process and the delays because of COVID-19. Was very thorough and patient in helping us and ensured we understood everything. Thank you.

I sent an express package on Friday April 13, for delivery on Saturday April 15. No delivery!!. The package was to be delivered today April 17, but the postperson would not leave it, even though a signature was not required. The person who was to receive the package needed it by Saturday and now he has to wait until Tuesday, hopefully to obtain the item. Very poor business

Hello, great service. One thing tho, for the last two weekends..Mail that I have left (in the mailbox), to go out, has been left. I know the flag was up, so not sure why. Both time the box, and the envelope were both addressed and prepaid shipping on them. Other than that, great service here on Highway 28.
