Good morning. I have noticed and have asked that the American flag that is flying over the Wood Ridge Post Office be cared for. It presently is faded and ripped. The lack of concern for our flag is disturbing to say the least.
Please put a new flag up immediately out of respect for the men and women who gave their lives for our great Country.

This is the Most Unprofessional Post Office I have Ever been. My Mail is Constantly Opened, Rerouted, Taped to My door or Missing, or in the Same person's mailbox, is it A Coincidence or is The Person and Persons Really Bored, Noisy, and Willing to Risk their Job Playing with other people's Mail such as Mines Specifically. All Mail has a Persons Name & Address so therefore Why Specifically am I being Targeted, My Mail Continously being Opened and or Missing its being Done Purposely and Consumer Affairs Needs to Investigate Immediately. This is a Federal Crime and I will Pursue Any Legal Action Against Anyone, I Do Not Care About Your Rank or Position at This point you Mess with My Mail I'm Pursuing the Necessary Legal Action pertaining to My Mail issue.
My package delivered on Friday, but was not there! I called Tuesday and they said they know where it is and "don't worry" they will bring back by the end of the week! I told them that I shouldn't have to wait for their mistake! They will send a supervisor over tomorrow they say! Embarrassing to say they are part of the government! But then again!
Horrible service every time during between 1 - 2. Today a woman had over 100 envelopes to give to the mail clerk. He starts taking one at a time and meanwhile, there's a woman in front of and 3 more people behind me. He didn't say a word to any of us of how long it was going to take. Very rude and horrible customer service!!! It had to take the woman in front of me to ask and she had to pry it our of him. Don't know what's going on at this post office but definitely needs HUGE improvement!!!
Tey returned one package of mine for no reason I had to argue with them for two days to get it. Now I'm suppose to have a package today. I call them and I'm told that part is closed and they dont know
Why is the Wood-Ridge Post Office delivering mail to the wrong addresses. I have not received my PSEG bill and also my cell phone bill. I am also waiting for a check that should have been here 11/30/19 but as yet I have not received it.
Called the wood ridge talked to Rick Barbosa the manager before I told him about my package he was assuming it was lost, i called the 800 number and filed a claim. An hour later MR. Rick called and said I found your package it will be delivered on Monday. the usps never brought my package and When i called back my case was close without notifiing me. So I called back the following Monday MR Rick was on "vacation" how convinience, this person needs to be investigated ,I am not the only person this had happened to , Rick is a liar
