We just moved back to Willingboro,NJ in January. And we have not been able to get our mail on time. There are times when it's months late. There are times when it's soaking wet & ripped open. Even certified mail is being delivered months late. Letters from social services & cards are missing consistently. Apparently there is no monitoring happening at this location. People are having their mail delivered to our house that moved 5+ years ago. There seems to be a lot of issues with the Willingboro post office. We have a different carrier every day. When will this be addressed? How do you get your mail at all? We have mail that is missing again & again. What is the problem? This situation is out of control & someone needs to rectify it.

I have read some of the comments and for one do not believe we spell and take like we are uneducated. But I can say is that the Willingboro post office is very shameful not to mention very dirty and might I add is that one of the reasons is because the majority are African Americans. Three weeks ago I was there and the line was so long with one clerk, that situation. And why absolutely make me sick to my stomach I do not believe the white post offices would have never been this way. If I had my way. I would have fired the person in charge. All those people waiting and no one could care less because they were people of color. Willingboro you make me sick. I will never view you the same.

I anit get no mail yesturday cuz im waiting for a card to come from rushcard and yall been coming late with the mail so i will be up there today at 4:20 cuz i need that rushcard

I recently bought a home in Willingboro and weeks prior to moving in I completed a change of address form online(never had an issue doing this with prior moves). The first few days and maybe even before I moved in the carrier was putting my mail in my mailbox but soon after started putting it in my husband's windshield of his car which is parked on the curb, not even in the driveway(like, how did you even know that was our car?!?!?). And now, its been a week since I've received any mail whatsoever, which is unusual. Get it together Willingboro USPS or the govt will make you!!

Willingboro Post Office is beyond trifling. They delivered my package to the wrong home, and they made no attempt to find it or correct their error. I was told they now have new technology so it is impossible to have delivered my package to the wrong home. Well, the carrier admitted to delivering my package to the wrong home so much for new and improved technology. In any case, I will always use UPS or FedEx from now on because the people at Willingboro Post Office are incompetent! Finally, I filed a complaint with the USPS Postmaster in DC and next is the BBB. (Willingboro Post Office deserves 0 stars)

I get the Neibores mail all the time. Who knows where mine is going? Just had a package (with tracking) had a text from USPS saying it was delivered. I was in the house herd the mail box close. 15 minuets went by checked mail no PACKAGE!! Wtf?? The delivery girl is always on her cell phone when I see her. Wish I had a recourse. Wish they would just close them up.

This office sucks there is no upside to these people at this office the delivery sucks horrible 2015 and they haven't mastered the art of getting people pieces of paper in a timely fashion yet!

I placed mail on hold and the mail carriers still delivered it.

This post office is the worst, no management. There is an employee who goes to the back every time there is a long line, to talk on her cellualar phone. I got name "Angie" (an overweight black woman). She is very rude to the customers.

This post office and their mail carriers are the absolute worst in the postal system. The carriers are lazy and inept, it's a daily ritual with my neighbors to swap our mail with each other. The retail staff, while physically present, are clearly not mentally present at their jobs. They "lose" packages constantly (in my personal opinion, I believe "lost" packages find their way into the back seats of staff cars) and when you attempt to call to get information they give you the run around. I've lived in Willingboro for 41 years, in my youth the post office was excellent, the carriers were professional and polite; but for the past 20 years they are a joke. Whenever I have to ship a package or have something shipped to me, I use Fed Ex or UPS, at least I know packages won't get "lost" and they will arrive on time to the proper address.

Do not move and ask this post office in willingboro,nj to help you .They will give you an excuse after excuse when they loose your packages.It's not my business to know someone who couldn't get pregnant is pregnant and forgot to scan a package into the system.I'm sick and tired of the excuses for a package that get's tracked all the way from China to Willingboro,NJ and stops there.Not delivered and just simply disappears there.
