Does anyone actually work in the WARREN post office? Don't bother trying to call them, THEY WON'T ANSWER!!!!! As for actually getting a package that needs to be signed for delivered to you? FORGET IT! The are too friggin lazy to walk the 15 steps to my front door!! This is day 22 that I am still waiting for a package that needs to be signed for.

My Carrier is wonderful! As for the rest of the staff, I'm not so sure. I have been expecting a package that was turned over by UPS to Warren P.O. on 3.24.21 @ 11:11 AM - expected delivery is listed as Friday 3.25 by 9PM - still no package has arrived. I have called numerous times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I then have to drive to the PO only to get attitude from the front clerk and no answer as to where my package is.....Response was Call UPS - Already did, they tell me they turned it over to Warren.. Extremely frustrating!

The Warren post office is a case study as to why the U.S. postal service is a broken organization. I have had registered mail labels that were supposed to be brought to my door for sign off left at my mailbox by the road. The message left was we attempted delivery and no one was home. Instructions left was to pick up package at the post office. The fact is I work from home and always home. Mail carriers are too lazy to ring your doorbell. When I go to pick up the package, I tried complaining (in a nice way) and the lazy postal workers give me an attitude. The office is useless and postal workers are lazy, don't care, and have an attitude. I don't wish bad things on anyone, but these postal workers bring a bad name and reputation to the USPS. They should loose their jobs and USPS should close up. I avoid USPS at all costs and go out of my way to use UPS. UPS is a class act! USPS is a lazy broken organization.

Since when is it the norm for the postal carrier to leave a package on top of the mailbox at the curb instead of delivering it to the residence door? Such was the case on July 29 for a Priority Mail, Insured package and again today, August 20 for a UPS Surepost package. This level of service is unacceptable.

My mail person is the best. She is sweet with a welcoming smile and a grand hello. She drops packages on my porch that don't fit in the box and rings the bell to let me know that I have a delivery. She's the best. Four Season Promenade development

This is the 2nd time in a month I received what looked like a very important letter for a different address in my mail box!! This is UNEXCEPTABLE!! I believe this last one was a check from the IRS for a person I don’t know who lives up the block from me! I live on Loriann Road in Warren! Completely unexceptable and this will be reported!

Warren mail couriers need to be re-trained in how to READ the address of the mail they are delivering so they deliver it to the CORRECT address.l We CONSTANTLY receive mail for our neighbors.

I have recently moved to Warren and am experiencing horrible mail service. I live on a private road that has 5 houses. This private road is paved and features large 'turn-around' areas. The five mail boxes are grouped together on the Main Rd at the end of private rd and are of standard size. Packages are being left draped over the row of mailboxes, sandwiched between 2 of them, or just on the ground. This leaves the opportunity for anyone to simply stop, and drive off with my deliveries. If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox, why doesn't the mail carrier leave them on THE PORCH??!! Again, the private road is paved and features ample turn around room. I will be calling to try and remedy this problem.
