I visited this USPS location today, 12/4/25, around 12:00 PM to drop off a package, and unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman who helped me at the counter. I politely asked if she had a little tape I could use because my package needed one small strip, and she responded loudly, “Nothing is free here, if you need tape you have to buy it,” in front of everyone. Her tone was rude, her attitude was very unprofessional, and she seemed angry the entire time. She had short black hair, and although I couldn’t read her name tag, her behavior was extremely disrespectful and unfriendly. It’s clear she does not know how to treat customers. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
