Postal Locations

The first week of January I submitted a change of address and foward to new address order. To date 2/10 23 I have not received one piece of mail from South Plainfield. I had someone pick up my po.box mail believing it would only take a couple weeks to implement the order. I have 1099 's , bills , tax info and the list goes on. I am 1270 miles from So.plainfield. How do I get all that mail here ?

today is 8/2222, first day we had rain in a long time which is good but not for my mail, post person put it in my mailbox didn't close it and it is soaked. How is it to be read?? And it was not junk mail this is uncalled for

Horrible customer service experience at USPS South Plainfield NJ employee name Virginia treated parents of new born very insensibly. First time sent the parents back for photo specifications and didn’t take them back after correcting the photo. Parents were not taken on the second appointment also because they were five minutes late. There was no one else in the queue and the parents requested multiple times that they need to travel out of country urgent with the baby and there was no other appointment available. The lady raised her voice and called her manager who was also of no help. We felt they don’t care about the fact that the parents are going multiple times with a new born. Rather the lady made a comment that one should not be traveling with a new born. Horrible experience. Will never go back again 👎

I have stimulus cards shown on my informed delivery on or about 1/15. It was scanned again a week later and I am STILL waiting for them! It’s 2/18, What is going on?...not to mention I’ve rarely been receiving mail that’s been shown on my informed delivery in the past few weeks, almost a month now! My other issue is...maybe 3 times in the past month what shows up on Inf. delivery for that day shows up, I have 20 days worth of mail shown on my informed delivery that were never delivered...I called the post office but received no answers, said that all mail that comes in gets delivered...NOT TRUE!...I’m furious!

STINKS! Where is my CERTIFIED MAIL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY?????? NO EXCUSE except incompetence!

I would like to know why I have not received any mail on Thursdays for the past 3 weeks. Thursdays is my regular mailman stay off. What is going on??? Usually we would always get mail on Thursdays now we have somebody new? And they don't want to deliver our mail on Thursdays??? This is a major problem and I would like an answer. We live on Houston Street South Plainfield what is going on?

My package was supposed to be delivered Saturday, although the business where I sent it to was closed, I assumed like other post offices- they would try to deliver again Monday. But no, this post office sent my stuff back without trying to contact me or trying to redeliver twice (like usual) before sending my things back. Every time I called they told me it would be delivered which it never was. One of the WORST post offices I have ever dealt with.

Can't believe that the post office is only open 6 hour's 10am till 430 pm where is that helping people who don't get out of work till 430 don't believe no late hours

Your mail carrier drove down Jerome Ave in South Plainfield without delivering any mail to houses 102 & up she never stopped I was watching her from my kitchen window. She did not deliver any mail just drove by without stopping either our street or Norwood Ave. No one got their mail today 3/15/2017 Wednesday. What do you pay her for?

My rent check was mailed to me from Monroe Township NJ. I never received it! somehow someone must have either stolen it from the post office or conveintly lost it on me. I want my rent check in my hands or the Better Business Bereau will hear about it! I am not kidding! I am angry about this!

Ok the postal employee that delivers my mail decides that she is no longer going to deliver my mail due to my dogs barking at her. Keep in mind, my dogs are never left unattended outside. One is 3lb mutt, and the other is a one year old boxer. Yes the Boxer did run over to her one day about three months ago. She has been given permission to pepper spray my dogs if she ever feels threatened by them. I went three days with out mail earlier this week, received a delivery yesterday and nothing today. I watched as she changed her pattern this morning. Instead of parking outside the cul-de-sac and passing by my house twice, "because she is so afraid of the dogs" she now pulls into the cul-de-sac directly across from my house, proceeds to carry on and talk on her cell phone and deliver mail to 5 out of 6 houses in the cul-de-sac. Does this sound like a person who fears for their safety. Listen, maybe you should re-consider another profession. Not only do you announce yourself and alert every dog in the neighborhood now, you start with the furthest house away and work your way back towards my house and not deliver my mail.

Today is July 11, 2015 6:55pm two days in a row no mail. I assume that our mail carrier is playing hooky on her deliveries. I live on Jerome Avenue in South Plainfield NJ, we got mail on Thursday but not yesterday or today. I guess our mail is in someone else's mailbox. People are not as honest as I was taught to be all my life.

I have lived in South Plainfield for over 21 years (along with my parents). Our taxes went to the "new" post office. Why? I HAVE ZERO IDEA. this place is a shit hole, along with the ASSHOLES working in there. The fact that i feel i am a minority in my own damn country is BULLSHIT. Excuse my language, but my family and i will never step foot in this place EVER again. The workers that you have working there deserve to be scrubbing the floors with their hair, or lack of. They are hands down THE RUDEST, INCOMPETENT, BIGGEST IDIOTS i have ever met in my life. and do not even come close to deserving a job. I promise you, the lady that "helped" (not a single bit) my mother today is LUCKY my little sister was in there. The animals that you have working there are pieces of shit. along with the South Plainfield Post Office in general. I can most likely say that other people would agree with this post after what i witnessed in there. i have never been more disrespected in my life.

Today is April 22, 2015 9:50pm Again, but I always get my mail every 4 days, not everyday like everyone else. My mail carrier is not given my mail for her pouch to deliver. So she is only delivering my mail every 4 days instead of every day. I keep giving these reviews & nothing is being done about it.

I live in South Plainfield NJ 07080 & I can understand major holidays no mail but today is not a major holiday. January 19 was a major holiday no mail. Today is Thursday January 22 today is not a holiday & I did not any mail yesterday or today. If I do not get mail tomorrow, I will call the post office right away to inquire why I did not get any mail for two days! Mail should be delivered to my address with my name on it every day unless it it Sunday or a holiday! If the mail carrier is delivering it to someone's mailbox that is not where I live, I will be very angry!

I have been using the post office's machine to get postage so I don't need to wait online. This is the second time I have used it recently and the postage has not come out. If the darn machine is now working please put it out of service. I'll be going in the morning to talk to someone at the post office to get my stamps. And I'll be using another place to get this so I don't have to go thru this again. I am really very annoyed at the service at this place.
