My fabulous carrier, Wes, quit and we are not getting another carrier. Our mail is now being sporadically delivered between 6pm and 8pm. We were told that the office is down 6 carriers and is not intending to bring in more carriers. What is going on? It seems that the morale in this PO is so bad as to deemed abusive to the carriers. We need help!

Our mail delivery is becoming very spotty. We are pretty lucky when we only miss one delivery a week.

Went there last Saturday to re-new my child's passport. USPS website says walk ins are welcome at that location on Saturdays - but apparently this is not the case. My family and I waited in line to talk to the clerk and find out some information about new procedures, appointment scheduling, availability, etc. Just as our turn came and we headed to the next available clerk - we were called aside by another clerk, after which he turned around and started taking to other customers. When I tried to call him - he said he is busy with other customers and that he never said he would talk to us in the first place. He then proceeded to call me rude and kept apologising to other customers for my bad behaviour. We left this post office without any idea how to apply for the passport for our child... Customer service - nonexistent in that branch. Stay away.

I am very upset at the service. I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment for a passport and came at the right time. The worker who assisted me was very professional in his work but the manager does not do his job well. He didn't do a good job at organizing the people and when I asked to speak to the manager for why I had to wait so long, he had no uniform and no way of telling that he even worked there.
