I also have packages waiting acceptance in Sewell for over two weeks from shoplc. Should have come to Mantua. Who are they waiting for to accept? Wanted this for my birthday which was the twentyforth. Supposedly in Sewell since about the twelveth.

After calling the Sewell post office, I called Mantua post office to make sure I was calling the correct numbers (I was.). Mantua picked up on the 3rd ring; Sewell has yet to answer any of my calls, which now number in the 30's. I agree with a previous post. Why have a phone if no one ever answers?? This is ridiculous!!!!

Why? Why? Many packages coming from QVC go to the Sewell post office. Many packages according to tracking are reported as "being held for acceptance" or "no such number" or "address insufficient or unknown" . The package then goes to another state such as New York or some other state then returns to Sewell and or the Wenonah post office. Delivered then with packaging, showing its been opened!!

On 7/20/2021, I called Sewell NJ post ofiice 58 times NOBODY answered the phone And yes I have the new and correct number 856 468 1010 How lazy can your employees get ???? Isn't there anybody in charge at this office to make people do their job ??? Don't forget to answer

I went to get mail Saturday May 29,2021 at Royal Oaks apartments and couldn’t get mail because package was jammed so when who ever shut the whole mail container package is caught in door so I have to wait till Tuesday and hope everything in package is alright?

Get competent delivery people. Please. There are people out there that would love having a federal job (and pension) and actually don’t mind doing actual work. I’ve never had this much difficulty getting packages delivered to my home. They go to the neighbors house, I get the neighbors mail/packages, or I just don’t get my package at all. This time the package was “delivered” five days ago and I have yet to lay eyes on it. It’s not too bad when a neighbor drops off your package. But of course, I have a neighbor (with no house number on their mailbox or home) that doesn’t say anything to us about it, just leaves it on their porch for days, once in a heavy rain storm 😞

I bought a new home a year and a half ago. For months me and my father were getting eachothers mail. Now neither of us get any mail at all including bills. I live in mantua and he lives in Wenonah. I am unable to contact anyone by telephone. I also am missing tax documents.

I have been trying to reach someone at the post office to find out WHY, a Priority Mail Express CREMATION REMAIN box and materials were delivered to my home! What kind of SICK joke us this!!

I had a car that was parked in front of my house and in front of my mailbox. All the mailboxes are on my side of the street so I have no choice if I have company but to park a car there when I have a visitor. Today I watched the substitute mail lady drive by and not stop. I chased her down and asked her why I did not get my mail and she said because the mailbox was blocked. My normal mail person has no problem getting out when neighbors have parked cars blocking the mailboxes on this street and I have seen it many times, but this carrier said she could get hurt. Now as I continued to watch, two times she left her mail truck and walked to peoples homes and put mail in their box at door. I guess that was safe? Guess what was in my mail when I finally caught up with her? My wife and my voter forms for the upcoming election. This mail carrier could not get out of her mail truck because one time in the last few months there was a car partially blocking my mailbox, but she had no problem walking up to other peoples door steps. The quality of mail delivery has changed. It used to be that rain nor snow nor sleet would stop the delivery of mail...now it has become a parked car. No wonder people don't use the USPS as much as they used to and they are failing.....so is their service. I am sure nothing will be done here to address but then again USPS and customer service seem to no longer by synonymous with one another. At a time when every vote counts lazy mail carriers could play a negative role....sad.

I went to 3 post offices around 11:00 am this morning, Glassboro, Clayton & Sewell. I was told by all 3 that they did not have enough money to cash my money order for only $100! Why is it that post offices don’t have enough money to cash a money order that was brought from them ? This is not the first time this has happened to me!!! This is very disappointing having to run around and cash a money I order. Something has to be done through the postal system so it don’t put someone on an inconvenient situation!!

Please be honest about why a package didn't deliver and admit it was forgotten. Updating tracking with nonsense of Walkway/Driveway being blocked is the reason the USPS is going under. It's funny my walkway/driveway wasn't blocked for them to reach my mail box and put bills in it that same day.

We have a successful online business that ships nationally. We sell on Amazon and many other media platforms. Our average shipment is close to a pallet of first class and priority USPS packages and other per day. If your USPS delivery pick up person doesn't understand how to use his scanner machine, please give a refresher course. I'm sick tired of the customer complaints asking me why their packages are being delivered to our pick up location in Mantua!!!!!!! This is the 4th time it has happened and USPS is jeopardizing our business. Maybe USPS should start taking all our complaint, I will forward all the tracking question to you ...maybe that will stop the BS!!

I am having a problem with my mail deliveries.my tracking information tells me a package was delivered when I go out to the mailbox no mail is in the box,today my tracking told me a package went out for delivery at 7.59 and was delivered at 9.09 i went out to get it at 9.45 and again at 11.15 still no package.
I live at 240 heritage rd please try to correct this problem it often happens,thank you
