Mail was delivered on Monday the 25th to my apt bldg and mail was strewn all over the floor. this is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed asap with the perth amboy post office and its carriers. why is the mail not placed in the mailbox
I can’t believe they’re still in business. One of my packages has been missing and this location has done nothing to help finding it. I started a missing mail search but apparently the location has to collaborate locating it, and I honestly don’t think they will ever do so because they can’t admit to being wrong. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional!! tried to make me feel as if this whole situation was my fault, when it’s clearly their responsibility because I’m not the one delivering the package. I’ll avoid this one location at all costs next time I have to deliver anything.
Disgusting customer service. African American lady with bob haircut. RUDE AND YELLS AT customers over tape. And her con workers look scared of her. Who hires these people ? DONT GO THERE !!! Mind you I’m pregnant.
The most disrepsectful unprofessional ignorant person answer the phone today! Mailman came to my door I missed him so when trying to get answers the damn lady cuts me off saying they can't do anything even though previously they were able to contact carrier and he was able to state what he needed. This lady did not even bother to try to help cutting me off didn't even get my street name to see who the carrier is or why he came knocking on my door instead brushed me off even when asked for a supervisor her response was how many times the phone rang obviously he's not available smh never again so damn unprofessional disrespectful
i seem to notice a lot of mail being taken from 136 Luther Avenue and others in the neighborhood are misleading acounts im not sure but i think its been going on for awhile
Employees are Disrespectful & don’t know how to talk to people . my wife went in there today to deliver a package and came out crying. You are not supposed to talk to people the way they do. Especially while being on the clock and at work . They are so rude every time we come there. Sheila is so rude , Betsy is unbelievable nasty and definitely doesn’t know how to speak to people . always loud & yelling . & TIM the supervisor forget about it . he’s so clueless & allows his employees to continuous disrespect his customers . It’s a way you speak to people & that’s not how youre suppose to run a business establishment . my wife went to tim to make an complaint and had 3 people yelling over her while she’s just trying to express her complaint to the supervisor tim . Betsy walks up next to her and tim yelling about why my wife is complaining about her . shiela is at the front speaking over the customer she’s taking about how she told my wife to call the number on her receipt to complain. than another supervisor walks up intervening her conversation about how he’s gone call someone to speak to her . when asked for his name he told her he doesn’t have to give his name cause he’s a supervisor & to wait right there. he was a heavy set latina guy with glasses & a navy blue sweater. all my wife wanted to do was speak to a supervisor about her experience but instead got 3 employees yelling at her while trying to complain to tim . Betsy , sheila , & the no name supervisor who said he didn’t have to give out his name . i’m am so disappointed in this establishment & WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! i would avoid this establishment at all cost
