FOR TWO YEARS OUR POSTAL CARRIER HAS BEEN DROPPING OFF MAIL AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. SATURDAY I RECEIVED MY NEIGHBOR'S ELECTRIC BILL. MY OWN BILL WAS LEFT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS - AGAIN. I RECEIVE LATRE CHARGES FROM UTILITY COMPANIES BECAUSE THIS DIMWIT LEAVES OUR BILLS AT OTHER LOCATIONS. I CALLED THE POSTMASTER NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT DOES NOT HELP. HOW DO WE GET RID OF THIS PERSON AND GET ANOTHER CARRIER WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE ADDRESS ON MAIL BEFORE DELIVERING IT?

I have tried to call the phone number listed for the Pennsauken Post Office and no one ever answers it. How do you get to talk to a human being???

FOR THE POST OFFICE LOCATED IN 4724 Westfield Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. THERE'S A SUPERVISOR THERE OR MANAGER WORKS THE DAY SHIFT AND MY FIANCE IS BEEN EXPERIENCING SOME HARD TIMES WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. FOR STARTERS HE WENT FOR A MAIL PICK-UP WHICH WAS CERTIFY AND SHE CLAIMS THEY CAN'T SEEM TO TRACK THIS MAIL AFTER SHE HAS HIM SIGN OFF ON SOME FORMS. HE WENT EVERYDAY AFTER AS HE'S EXPECTING A MONEY ORDER THAT WAS SENT BY THE PAYOR AND SHE NOW CLAIMS SHE CAN'T EVEN TRACK THIS PIECE OF MAIL. THEN AFTER IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT ATTITUDES FROM HER. ALSO, HE WENT TODAY AND THERE WAS ANOTHER ATTITUDE TO SEND A BOX OUT AND ASK HER FOR TAPE AND SHE GAVE HIM ANOTHER ATTITUDE. SHE NEVER ASK HIM TO EVEN BUY TAPE. IF SOMETHING CAN BE DONE OR EVEN ADVISE US OF WHAT TO DO NEXT AS THIS IS OUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. I DO NOT KNOW EMPLOYEE NAME BUT WE THINK SHE'S WHITE OR HISPANIC WORKING DAY SHIFT AT THE WESTFIELD AVE., PENNSAUKENN LOCATION. KINDLY THANK YOU JESSICA

Please be inform Pennsauken Post Office the bank sent a check to correct and fix what happen on my address in my Post Office Box. I sent a message to my officers and my lawyer. Too much problems. am away on emergency POB 141 they even sent a letter. I spoke to Portisia. There is a case number also be safe and god bless. People were breaking into my office and making problem. The mayor is aware also wont stop breaking to my place.

The deliveryman for 7292 River Rd. Pennsauken NJ 08110 said he tried to deliver a package here at 8:37 AM and there was nobody here to receive it. We have been here since 8:00 AM. He never came in or left it in our mailbox. I'm kind of upset as this was a gift for a party Monday Sept. 2nd. Martin Duffy 856-522-6339

Never had ‘this problem in maple shade half the time mail does not get delivered on my street wat is he sleeping somewhere I’m waiting for important mail at times

I went into the post office today (November 21, 2018) to mail a letter and attached a return receipt so that I would know that the receipant received my letter. I used to routinely mail certain envelopes for years but over the pass two years stop doing it. The cost was always a little over $3.00. When I went into the post office, I picked up the white/green receipt to be filled out but was told to use the green Certified Return Receipt card. The worker appeared to be new because she was being directed by the co worker. The price totaled $6.20 and I pointed out that it had always been about $3.00. And that was the amount even thou I was always using a large yellow envelope not the small regular envelope I was using today. I paid the $6.20 cost. After leaving your store I believe that I received poor customer service and it was more about me paying a higher price rather than a cheaper price. I should have been accommodated and assisted in paying the cheaper cost that would have served my purpose. I also should have canceled the higher price and demanded using the procedure that would have resulted in the lower cost. The one that I had been using for years. But I allowed your worker to take advantage in going a a more expensive route. My feeling is that it was more about money rather than best serving a customer with cost saving in mind.

4 days to clear this post office with small package, one of the worst bottlenecks in the system. Is this an ex-con or ex-drug addict program run office? Nothing like they used to be.

My mail was put in my neighbors mailbox. I also live in delair, on stow rd. This is a real problem that needs to be addressed asap.

3/13/15 Today I see the mailman came here to eden lane street pennsauken q nj few packs were mine to the neighbor's house and I told him I believe verify that email is mine and if it was mine I was leaving elsewhere, por favor atenccion.please mail man post master help.

the new mail men who are working in the area of delair in pennsauken nj near the aluminum shape letters are missing and I had to put my neighbors letters and packages this is happening in the last two months of my not me the bills are coming . Please help solve the problem.
