I’m so disappointed in the delivery service! My packages are being delivered to an address two blocks away from my home! My building number is 14-34, whereas my items are being sent to 34!
New postman is either lazy or don’t have common sense!
I want to post a negative review as USPS located at 46 grove st, Passaic, NJ has no Spanish speaking representative when the city of Passaic has 80% Spanish speaking people. I want to make a complaint because of that.

USPS by far is the worst carrier to ever use. Every single time I have an important packaging coming in I dread whenever USPS is used. My package is never delivered on time, tracking is always vague and I have to pickup my package the next day after delivery because they did not find a safe place to leave my package yet have to pass by 2 gates to get to the mailbox. I rather have to pickup my package from a local store then have something shipped to me via USPS.
when you say "your package is on it's way to the destination" you are not clear as to whether the destination is the local post office, which would deliver it the next day... or is "destination" mean my home in which case it would be delivered today.
so what does destination mean. just say "exact mailing address" or local post office. for international packages very confusing and aggravating.
I send a package to PR in the Passaic Post Office and I was told the package will be deliver on 1/22/18. I tracked the package it kept telling me is in transit. I gave my family member the tracking number and she went to the post office in PR and was told the package is being delivered by boat. SMH!!!!! I was not told that it was going to be delivered by boat. No communication. Workers there are way to slow they need to retire already. GRRRRR!!!!!
My block in Passaic does not get mail every day it is supposed to. Like today-12/4/17 we did not get mail. This has happened too many times and is unacceptable. I always thought mail was to be delivered each and every day except Sundays.
