I WANT A NEW MAIL CARRIER!!! The one we used to have showed up every day and was prompt and professional. THE ONE WE HAVE NOW IS A P.O.S!!! SHE NEVER COMES TO WORK, SHE’S VERY RUDE AND PAYS MORE ATTENTION TO THE CONVERSATION SHE’S HAVING ON HER PHONE RATHER THAN DOING HER JOB!!

Oaklyn Post office location (5 E Bettlewood ave, 08107) is very convenient to me but I'm avoiding it because I don't want to be harassed by the employee Kathy who works there. Kathy expresses her unpleasant attitude and unprofessional mistreatment on select people . Besides that, please be aware that your package might be searched without your permission and presence. All other USPS postal clerks in the area are extremely nice, professional and efficient. Kathy is the only employee who shouldn’t be handling customer service.

they will forge your signature and steal your package and then you can't contact anybody to do anything about it.

Can I send a fax from there?

I have been getting wrong mail. I have the carrier on camera it’s an African American Female . Today I got mail for 300 beechwood and I live 103 Reading Ave ?Clearly this isn’t a error and is insubordination. My daughter sent me a letter weeks ago and now am sure it was delivered to wrong address and they didn’t return. I’m very upset about this. I live at 203 Reading Ave Apt 1 A Oaklyn NJ 08107. Please address this issue.

we have a directery in the lobby but instead of calling and telling us we have a package and to come down they send it back why?

I normally have had good experiences with this post office. But today they were helping a few people past closing. I was trying to ask if I could pick up a package that my daughters grandma had sent and they closed and locked the door in mid sentence. My 4 year old started to cry. But I told her it was my fault for being too late. Poor customer service when you can't even let someone ask a quick question.
