The mail carriers don't know how to pick up outgoing mail

This mail carrier is not doing their job. I have a shelf by my garage for boxes, and the mail carrier left the box in the snow by my mail box. I miss the days when the mail people actually cared about doing their job... My driveway is totally clear of snow so they can't use that as an excuse.. Frustrated...

Mail man crammed box into mail box and must have punched it after. Had to find a L shaped curtain rod to be able to hook it from behind to fish it out

Delivery is horrible. I went to get my mail yesterday and the door to my mailbox is setting on the ground and all my mail is stuffed in the box. I had a hard time getting it out because my mailman put packages and mail and catalogs in it, even though it was too much. Packages arrive ripped because it's stuffed in. Is it a hardship to bring packages to the house instead of damaging mail and the box?????

My Amazon order is being returned because the mail carrier claims unknown address. ??? I've lived here 5 years and get mail and/or packages daily. I cannot even get a hold of a real person via phone at Amazon or at the Post Office. Ugh!!!! I need this herb to treat my lyme disease!!!!

I’ve been in the same location for 12 years and have always maintained a post office box (885). However, package delivery comes to my location (204 Main St, Suite 1). Recently, for about the last 6 months, delivery has not been made properly or not at all. Tried explaining to the post master but he never seems to be in and never returns my calls! It seems a new hire cannot read English! That’s incredible! Who in charge of the zoo?!

99.9% time I get everything when it is supposed to be delivered. If I do not get it by 1:30pm it is not coming on the day it says it was supposed to be delivered. This has happened twice to me so far in the last 2 years. Today is looking to be the third time. This would be less inconvenient if the people who worked at the Post Office in Newton seemed to care. They are not outright rude but they just do not seem to care and are indifferent, which is much different than the people who deliver the mail. I dread having to call or interact with the wall of indifference that I most likely to encounter at the Post Office if I have a question, issue, or have to pick something up at my works PO box. One execption, is the guy who looks like Questlove. He is always helpful and nice.

My mail carrier is putting things in my mail box that are TOO BIG for the mailbox-Sticking half way out-I can't get the packages out, they're stuck-I think they must have pounded it to even get it in! I've called twice about this problem-Today it was clothes that are expensive, had to tear package to get it out of box-They just can't bring it to the house-LAZY-Something has to be done-
