I filled out a change of address form on 1020 of 2023 and as of today November 23 I have gotten no mail. My sister has gone to Mount Laurel and they were rude and ignorant. The woman in charge and I want something done about her you called there and no one answers. I now live in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania do I drive all the way to New Jersey and then all the way back to Pennsylvania that’s a 3 Hour Dr. and all I need to know is where my mail is.

Iam very upset. today the mail man passed my mailbox without stopping, I waited outside when he finished around the bend, I said do you have any mail for my address, he handed me mail. He said he could get fired if he got out of his truck to get to the mailbox. I never park out front, but someone in the neighborhood did, since some people have 2 or 3 cars in our area, which is Innsfree a townhouse area.My box was still near where his truck was he could have jumped out ,I count on my mail, Iam a senior, what are we supposed to do?? I cant wait outside all day, sometimes we get the mail at 6 or 7 at night???

Do you supply "DO NOT PARK SIGNS" for the front of mailboxes? During ESTATE SALES, buyers are parking in front of my mailbox. this also applies to the various "service trucks". And while it may not be, "against the law", the delivery truck is not required to deliver my mail, when access to the Mailbox is blocked. Thank you.

Mail lady for Briggs & Union has a terrible attitude. She was rude when greeted and had no intention on doing so even when is greeted with the warmest welcome. Seems to be miserable. Property is trying hardest to fix the door that is broken and she rudely asked office staff to open the building in the rudest way and told us its hard for her to do the job since its broken. They are trying to get it fixed as it is an inconvenience to us all and but working on it as quickly as possible.

I am perplexed as to the type of service provided. I dial, (856) 608-0938. The recorded message Thanks me for calling the US Postal Service, then advised I to stay on the line while the call is answered by the operator. The next thing I get is a busy signal. I have attempted the same call for over ten minutes with the same results. I am attempting to track a package that had a due delivery date of 1 June. My home number is: (609) 894-2133. Thanks.

I have had similar issues the past several years with the current letter carrier as well as being unable to report these problems to the so called supervisor who does nothing and has told me there’s nothing that can be done. This is unacceptable. And as someone here mentioned, the 0938 number goes to a recording with a long hold time that eventually ends in a busy signal. The 0936 goes to a recording saying the number you dialed is not in service. I’ve lived in this town for over 30 years and used to be the best service which has gone on a rapid decline the past 5 years. I’ve lived at this address over 20 years and just got a notice my residence is VACANT. I run a business from my home and these federal employees need to take responsibility. The corruption is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am filing a formal written complaint as well as getting advice from an attorney. People SPEAK UP and go above them to address these issues. Don’t let these negligent employees get away with such unprofessional behavior.

These people at 200 Walt Whitman Ave MT. Laurel, NJ 08054 are the most ignorant, useless, and incompetent people I have ever met in my life. They exhibit pathetic customer service and communication skills, and every time I go there for support or answers I walk out with absolutely nothing but a bad mood from their miserable attitudes and lack of information. You're better off submitting a case through USPS.com

These people are horrible. They suck. After an extra week or so of waiting for my package to be delivered. I finally get an email saying it arrived at the Mt laurel usps and was out for delivery. The address I used was my work address, I get anything and everything I buy online shipped here. An hour after getting the out for delivery email I get another saying returned to sender because it could not be delivered as addressed. Does gps not exist? It’s 2021.

I am having the worst time with this post office. I had a package that was supposed to be picked up and a week later I received notification it was picked up even though it was sitting In my house by then. I finally gave it to my postman who said he wasn’t supposed to take it but he would help. Then he mentioned my mail was being forwarded. I don’t know why it is being forwarded or to whom. I attempted to cal and it rings and after several minutes it goes into a busy signal. I know they are short but really someone must be working somewhere.

I am having the worst time with this place. I have called for the past two days and no one has answered. When I got someone on the line and they were pissy and said they would ‘work on it’. Their carrier shoved two of my small packages in their and I can’t open it. One item could break if frozen. Not to mention I need the items in there for Christmas. This is unacceptable. I called them at 9am and they said they would work on it. It is now 5:20 on Saturday and now I won’t be able to reach them till Monday. I am not happy with this.

I have had the worst experiences ever with this post office. Last week I scheduled a package pick up. No one ever came to pick it up, but I received an email at 4:30am stating that it was picked up and on its way to the post office. I call the post office 14 times trying to reach a person. When I finally did, they apologized and assured me that someone would be there that day to get it. They did but then 3 days later I tracked it and it still said it was picked up and on its way to my post office. I called again, and again I called for hours before someone answered the phone. I was told that it just didn't get processed in yet because of the holidays, covid, staffing. He said he couldn't tell me anything else because he wasn't at that location and didn't know what was going on there. I had another scheduled pick up for that day so I asked him to verify that I was on the list. He said that if I scheduled it, someone would be there. I told him that was not correct because of what happened to me the previous week. He checked and said someone would pick up my package by 7pm that day. Again, no one picked up my package and I received an email confirming that my package was picked up and on its way to the post office. Again, I can't reach anyone by phone. Twice in two weeks, I scheduled a pick up and twice no one picked it up yet I received a confirmation email. This is quite frustrating and I don't see how the mail person is allowed to not pick up a package but send a confirmation. No one seems to care that they are messing people up. Not everyone sending packages are sending to friends and family for the holidays. Some people have deadlines and some have business that are being affected because of this. No one can offer any assistance with how to fix this problem.

Horrible customer service. I went to two different agents and both of them acted as if package that should have been there two days ago was due to my fault. When i provided tracking number from my phone they asked ME what the site said. I would not have come to the post office if I knew that!!. They accused me of puttung my package in the wrong place, they said 2 day priority really means a week due to Thanksgiving even though I mailed it Monday. They said there was no supervisor on site and gave me a phone number that was non existent. Cannot register formal complaint without knowing 9 digit zip code which you cannot find.

Everytime I've gone into the Mt. Laurel office, I've been met with great service. I've had to wait sometimes, but I get the time to explain anything I might not know, etc. It's not the workers' fault what's going on. They're doing the bet they can with less people, less equipment, etc. Don't blame them - it's a government thing at the moment. People in charge at the moment just don't get it.

After 3 weeks, 67 still owe.....client told me he received it yesterday.......that’s 3 weeks to go 3 miles.....no post mark either. I’ve been in business 20 yrs and this may put me under. To only receive 25 % of income. Please get your office together....peoples lives depend on it!!!!!!

Can someone explain why the mailbox at 38th and Larchmont has been removed? Could it be because we have a mail-in ballot election coming up and it makes it a little more difficult for some people to vote? No explanation - just there one day gone the next.

The worst. Our mailmen retired almost 3 months ago and we do not have a replacement. It was two credit cards on me and two $900 checks. I put my mail on hold and got a confirmation for two weeks while I was out of town. A neighbor called me to tell me they were delivering my mail. There is no one to complain to they don't answer the phone at that post office. so nothing I could do except wait for the thieves to see the pile of mail and know that no one is home. Needless to say I am livid with these people. I can't find the name of the manager and no one there will answer the phone. if you call the central USPS location there is a one-hour wait to talk to somebody. This is the most ridiculous situation ever and really dangerous

I called the post office several times today, as I received mail from another home in my development, hence not receiving my mail! In the past few months I have missed bills, bank statements and most importantly my auto registration! Also, my son put in for a change of address to my home, and has nor received federal is state income tax refunds. Mail is coming with his previous address still listed. What a joke of a postal service in a town where we pay crazy taxes! Someone needs to look into this matter CLOSELY!

for the past 2 years we start to have problem with the mail to be delivered to us. The phone they have 856 609-0938 is dead and no one picks up the phone, if I go to the post office it is always excuse, and inside they far away from polite conversation, rude and nasty. Do we pay tax dollars for a normal attention to the us or they can do what ever they do and get the mail to the wrong boxes?

I have lived in Mt Laurel for the last nine years and this is the worst postal service I have ever seen...on 1/4/2018 the street I live on did not get any mail all the other townships got their mail...there are times I don't get mail for two days in one week and I have seen the carrier pass four houses with out delivering any mail. Last year I mailed a bill that never got to the destination.

Personal service at the local office is usually Very Good.. but service by phone is a joke... Called 800# ... only machine-operated and no way to talk to a representative when none of the options are pertinent... Called Local number for Mt. The Mount Laurel Post Office really stinks as far as accessibility for people with disabilities. The doors are too heavy for me as I have weak upper body strength and I happen to travel alone so I don't have anyone to help me. Nor should I have to have someone to come with me just to help me with a door if they would only comply with the ADA standards for the door weight. Come on it doesn't even cost anything to make that adjustment on the door! The parking is also a disgrace for PWDs. It isn't configured correctly and I have difficulty parking my van that has a lift. I have spoken to several people at various time over the years. The last time that I was promised that something would be done was 4 years ago! I guess I should continue to be demeaned and have to scratch and bark at the door like a dog to get assistance to get into the building!
