THE MAIL CARRIER DID NOT SHOW UP TILL AFTER 5 PM. PUT MY MAIL IN THE BOX AND DID NOT TAKE THE TWO FLAT RATE BOXES. MY WIFE HAD TO CHASE THE TRUCK DOWN THE BLOCK TO GIVE THE LADY THE BOXES. NOT THE BEST SERVICE. WE USED TO HAVE A REGULAR CARRIER AND SHE WAS GREAT. NOW IT SEEMS WE GET DIFFERENT CARRIERS EACH DAY AND THE SERVICE STINKS.
Your mail carriers are absolute garbage, I’m sick and tired of them lying saying a mailbox is blocked when it is not because they are too lazy to get out and make 2 steps to put the mail in the box. If this continues to happen and you continue to withhold my mail over lies then i will be forced to take legal action because what you are doing is RIDICULOUS! If you don’t want to get out and deliver mail then find a new job!!! Good thing we have cameras showing that you are a bunch of liars and suggest everyone around get some since they keep lying to avoid doing their jobs. Disgusting.
I have no problems with this location. However, I think it would be in the best interest of customers to have a lighted sign to say how many people can be in line.
There is no way to know there are 5 (limit) in the line already.
IF you should go in by accident; you are told to "GET OUT" in a loud rude voice.
Many negative posts on Facebook about this location and how customers are treated.
Our current situation is no ones fault but there is a way to communicate better with the public. It's called "courtesy ".
This happened to me today. I actually read the sign and waited outside, until a lady came to the door and said “you can go in now” so I went inside with my two young children and was yelled at rudely to get out. I only went in because of the woman who said to. If I had been by myself I would have been #5 but we exceeded 5 people because I had my two children with me. I was shocked at how I was spoken to.

The VA said they sent my insulin on Dec. 15. Today is Dec. 29 and it has not been delivered. Can someone please check on it because I am almost out of what I have for treatment of diabetes.
I mailed 78 Christmas cards at the 08060 post office in Mount Holly NJ
on December 15, 2020. Today is December 24, 2020, what happened
to those cards? No one has received them.
I am very frustrated. I was waiting for a package that was for a party for today, 8/18. The package arrived at the post office on 8/16. The updates say that it there was an attempted delivery on 8/17, and that a note was left with instructions for delivery. My video doorbell did not pick an delivery on 8/17. I did not receive any notice on my door or mailbox either. This is not acceptable at all. There have also been packages left at my door. Why was it not just left at my door this time?
Lobby hours show 8:30 am opening. Employee opened window at 8:35 then simply walked away without saying anything. We waited in line until 8: 40 before some came to assist. Bad service!!
