…isn’t that illegal to interrupt mail delivery??! The Post Master(Kessler) has refused responsibility for a Cluster Mailbox that is rusty, broken and fell down for over a month. He claims the town knocked it over, but that is not proven and it doesn’t matter. The USPS has replaced other boxes in the past 5 years and claimed responsibility for the keys. Now all of a sudden, no. This hardship and burden is on the homeowners who can’t get mail. We don’t even want the cluster mailbox- we would prefer individual but the USPS has refused to change our delivery. This is a huge disruption and needs resolution asap. Feb 2024. Cottonwood Rd.

I've been in Morristown since 1984. All of the carriers were fantastic. Hard working in all conditions, got to know me a little enough to know if something had the wrong address. I had nothing but a great experience with several long time dedicated carriers. Also at the Ridgedale and Morristown Post Offices- great service- pleasant experience-

one of the worse group of people i had to deal with. never called you back when they said they will. felt like i was a bother and didnt want to help with my issue. got no where with any of them. they should be ashamed of themselves. my issue never got resolved. i took the loss but if i never have to deal with that post office again i would be thrilled. my opinion if they dont like their job look for another one. there are thousands of people that would kill for a job in the post office.
