My package was picked up from my mailbox on 6/24/2023 - the tracking information is not populating. No one is answering the phone.

Our postman took my mails bec. he said the box was already full. I was unable to get my mails bec. I sprained my ankle and can’t walk. He told me to pick up my mails in your office. I asked him a favor to just leave my mails in my door bec. I’m still not driving but until now, my mails are still with you. Can you do something about this? Thank you. I had been calling you but nobody is answering. Why?

Why is my Xmas cards opened. Only the fat ones? Which might contain money gift cards? This has happened several times, NJ passes the buck. Pay for some professionals who don’t steal! It is unbelievable that no one answers the phone at the PO number above, 609-409-8170. I have called many times and after 20 rings I hang up or a message says number not answering. We just had a new carrier that I never saw before deliver a package too my Texas Rd address. The package has on it "Do Not Bend important Material Enclosed ". I can tell you that it is a collective item. It could easily be damaged. And this guy not only drives across the lawn but does a Frisbee toss from about 20ft with the package. He sees me walk out the door and drives off as I call to him. Not only did I have this problem but they put a notice in the mailbox that it is a undeliverable package.They are lazy and don't knock on the door as too attempt to deliver.

Do not know what is going on in Monroe Township, but my package has been stuck there since 12/10/20! I see that I am not the only one. How hard is it to pass it to UPS. I'm going to try and contact the postmaster general because it looks like we all have the same problem. There is something very suspicious going on here. For anyone who has not received their packages, I just looked at my tracking history and the partner facility it is with is Pitney Bowes. That is where my package since Dec 8th has been. It has not been received by the post office. You can go online to Pitney Bowes tracking to see if your package is still there. Mine says it’s in transit but I don’t know when it will arrive at the post office 🤷‍♀️. I hope this helps.

I wrote a comment a few days ago. Was able to speak with the postmaster, who clarified the shipping questions. She looked up my tracking number and determined the package is still at a "shipping partner". It has not yet arrived at the USPS. She fields dozens of calls each day regarding this type of issue. The person I spoke with was very nice, although frustrated as would be expected. It is confusing the way the tracking update is worded "Awaiting arrival at USPS", but in fact it is not there. There are a number of "partner shipping companies". If it does not clear in another week, I'll try again with the company I ordered from to see which partner they used.

I AGGRAVATED THEM UNTIL THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR ME! I too have a package that shows it's been there since June 29th. The postal employee that answered the phone told me that my package is not actually there, but instead at a shipping partner facility in Monroe Township and there's nothing she can do or any information she could give me. She didn't even and my name, tracking number or anything. She was just in a hurry to get me if the phone. My uncle is PostMaster General and I am about to push this woman and her beloved little post office right off a metaphorical cliff into a great big sea of S#!t.

I am furious! I ordered a package and it has been sitting in this facility sine June 10th. Today is July 12th and I have still not received my package nor has the package moved in that duration of time. I understand there is a pandemic taking place and a lack of employees, but there is still no reason packages should be sitting in one facility for an extended amount of time. If this facility is closed, then it is up to USPS to relocate the packages there and dispense them to other locations where they can be shipped. I am moving soon and need the package before then. After reading all the horrible reviews below, I can now understand why. A birthday card was sent to my young nephew in Maryland. When he received it, the envelope had been SLASHED open and the $25 cash was missing. There are many companies we can no longer trust in America and now the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS ONE OF THEM. How horrible, how disrespectful, how untrustworthy, how meaningless can an American entity become!!! Since I can not prove where this happened, even though it began in Monroe, the entire postal service should be ashamed as they are all tainted now.

Mail is oftenly delivered to wrong address. Please take some action. Our mail is going to the wrong addresses and other people mail is in our mail box.

The USPS sucks! My mail is delivered late 7pm everyday and it's so frustrating when I need to make a deposit and the bank closes early. Do banks need longer hours? I hate the post office and if you go to the actual office you will stand on line for about an hour and most times there is only one teller! Who probably has an attitude! Maybe these employees need a pay cut because the work does not suffice the pay. The carriers are lazy and always on their cell phones and getting younger and younger so the quality of customer service is not assured. Go figure. This office on perineville road in Monroe N J is horrible and should be investigated. Mail is constantly delivered to wrong addresses ....people complain and nothing is ever done. Can the people there even read English or even know how to sort mail. Do they even realize that there may be more than one home with the same number but different street names. I for one have been missing important documents for over a month one in particular I requested from my bank three times and I know it's been mailed out where is it being delivered? They have the worst service. Mail is not delivered until the evening. They cannot deliver the mail on time. When I call to complain about this all they say is that there is nothing they can do about. If this was a private business heads would role. They obviously have no regard for their customers.
