Please publish the status of the Milltown Post Office hours and services. I was not able to mail a package this afternoon at the mobile truck set up in the parking lot, and have not found any information about that anywhere. Thank you.

I was at the Milltown location today and there was a mean woman behind the counter. She was African American and had tattoos on her arm. She ignored me for 3 minutes while I was standing with 3 packages and proceeded to not greet me and sit on her phone. She then asked can I help you and scanned my packages. She threw one of them to the side (it said fragile) and was very nasty as I left. Horrible experience. The other employees have been lovely.

I was at the post office 4/19. The older gentleman working behind the counter was wearing his mask below his chin. I got the impression from the conversation he was having with another employee, while waiting on me, that he was a relatively new hire, but there was no excuse. If he can’t follow the rules he should not be allowed to service customers.

Terrible customer service. The young African American woman ( i did not get her name) made the experience of sending out mail a very uncomfortable experience. I watched her, while in line, being very rude and unpleasant even to the elderly. Just checking the reviews on Google alone should put up a red flag to her service. If she is not happy with her job I am sure there are many more applicants that could be at service.

I so miss the postmaster that used to be there she was the sweetest most helpful person that's ever been and yet all you have now is that I think she's a Amazonian black woman that throws packages never says hello she acts like she's just the most spoiled brat that I've ever seen the worst customer service I must say the worst customer service I've ever had in my life and there must be there's something wrong with the post office that they can't fire this I think woman I believe she is she needs to go she needs to just I don't know but do anything but what she's doing maybe she can work as a prison guard? Not sure but please the black woman that works behind the counter at Milltown post office must be eliminated out of that position thank you and God bless America

I don't like to complain, and I've given her the benefit of the doubt for awhile, but WOW this one woman who works at the Milltown post office is just nasty. Honestly, the rest of the staff seems nice, but she ruins it all. She's rude and acts like you are a huge inconvenience to her.

PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! I am a long time user of the Milltown Post Office and I can longer tolerate the behavior of the front-end clerk. I do not know her name. She is the tall African-American woman that works there on a daily basis. She is the RUDEST person ever. She talks down to every customer, never says hello, good morning, good afternoon, or thank you. She greets you with a hard face each and every time. I have witnessed her rude attitude each and every time I go there. She is never helpful and always seems bothered by a customer asking for assistance. She will also toss your packages to side, dump them in the bin beneath her or behind her without a care in the world. This employee needs a serious conversation from her superior or simply she needs to be fired.

Have had many years of excellent service from this post office. Unfortunately, our mail delivery has been switched to another post office that has shorter retail hours and less friendly and efficient service. However, I still come to the Milltown post office to mail letters and parcels because the service is so good and the employees are friendly.
