Missing packages they say that I had it delivered to my house but I was outside that day. I never received anything I contact the company. They said it was delivered to my front door. I have more packages that’s supposed to be coming and I have not received any of them.
Today was the 3rd time in 8 months that a package with a tracking # says it was delivered & once again, not delivered. The 1st time, it was still in the mailman's truck & got delivered the next day, the 2nd time, the package was held because they said it required a signature, so I went to the post office & asked for the package & they stated it was out on the truck & there was no way of them getting in touch with the driver, that was just pure laziness on their part. I know the package didn't need a signature & when I called the sender, they even stated it didn't require a signature but when he delivered that day, he was so rude & wouldn't answer my question as why I had to sign for it & made me sign for it. Now this time, I got a confirmation email stating that it was delivered, I didn't receive it, so I asked all the neighbors & the complex across the street because this is what you have to do when this mailman doesn't deliver your package, it's probably in the back of his truck, which is the norm for him, so I had to call USPS & put a complaint in & they put a request into Maple Shade Post Office to call me with his name because now I am filing a complaint with the Post Master General, maybe this will make him do his job the way it's supposed to be done.
Talk with Dan regarding letter to my 80 yr old sister in M S. Postage due- had no one to pick up at post office- Dan set up a redelivery day- so very helpful Thank you, Dan. A real pleasure to talk with you!
My ex and I lived in the same place and when she left she stopped the mail to our apartment."Stuart" was delighted to tell me that as a resident she could stop me from getting my mail even though she no longer lived at that address. He was smug and dismissive and had no professional courtesy at all. All he did was smile and say that she was within her rights, it stayed that way for two months and every time I went there he had that smug look and that dismissive attitude. I was totally unaware that anyone on the account could stop the mail even if they had moved and the person that set up the account was still in the same place. If that is the case you need to revisit that. I was living in the apartment that I was paying for and the person that had left stopped my mail from being delivered and inconvenienced me to no end. It was the epitome of poor service and he had no intention of changing it after she changed her address he still had it stopped. One of the ladies in the office was kind enough to take the stop off after her address change went through but only because I went there and she saw that it had been changed. She knew and obviously so did he. Life is difficult enough as it is without having to deal with customer service who aren't willing to provide it.
Just left the Maple Shade Post Office and intend never to return. The front desk person, Matt is the most arrogant, non-caring employee I have ever dealt with, and I deal with many people all day long since I am Vice President of Sales for a company, and have been in sales for over 30 years. The person in front of me took the day off to have her passport picture taken, she had a scheduled appointment with Louise or Luiz, whoever the passport picture taker is, apparently only one person can take passport photo's, great job on your cross-training. Anyway Matt told the woman, sorry Louise had an emergency and had to leave, try and come back tomorrow and that was it. Didn't apologize once for the woman's inconvenience, and the fact that the post office didn't follow through on its promise, nor did he offer her any type of resolution. He just took a swig of his water and said next. I was mailing a package for my wife that was pre-paid, he took the package and printed me a receipt, I asked him if the tracking number was on the receipt. He arrogantly told me the tracking number was on the mailing label, and that I should take a photo of it and call it a day. Thanks for the advice Matt, I have called it a day with the Maple Shade Post Office.
