tracking number EI148399655 US I did not receive a redelivery confirmation number. And tracking date 1/5/24 indicates my return mail is still in Las Vegas Post office.

Edwin A. Martinez, PhD 14 Springate Ct. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 March 5, 2020 USPS Office of Postmaster 200 Mathistown Rd., Unit 20 Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 Dear Postmaster, This is in regards to a few concerns about our mail delivery. There have been delayed deliveries, wrong address deliveries, and on a few occasions no deliveries at all of important mailings. A few examples: Yesterday I received a Christmas card from my son! He signed it on December 21, 2019, and he lives in New York City. While this seems humorous, there are other incidences that are troublesome. A recent check for payment of our (Edwin & Karen) New Jersey Health Insurance coverage was never delivered; we had to resort to electronic payment to assure coverage of the plan. The Homestead Rebate filing application for 2019, which we normally receive in October for the December filing date never got to us, putting our filing for the rebate in jeopardy. We had to write an appeal to the County for an extension and are now still waiting for a deliberation. We also never received the December VISA/Bank statement and thus was charged a late fee for missing the payment on time. We got the late payment fee waived. Other examples and concerns: one of our niece’s birthday card with a gift check inside was never delivered. We had to cancel the check. We have received a number of wrong address mailings; i.e., mail that belong to others in the community, and we wonder if some mailings that should have come to us may have been delivered to someone else? A few of our neighbors have complained of similar problems. Therefore, it has become necessary to file this letter with you in the hopes that you can make corrections and assure that future USPS deliveries are timely, but more importantly correctly made. Sincerely, Edwin Martinez
