Yesterday I went to Leonia post office. There were two ladies working and one of them did not have mask on. There were not antibacterial and the place looked dirty. I was very unsatisfied with the service.

A postman just threw my mail at my door and left. I open the door and my mail was all over the place. What the hell? This occurred in Leonia, NJ. 2:30 pm March 25, 2020.

I lost mails recently. It was confirmed they were mailed and I have never received them. What is going on?

Why have a phone if you won't answer it. Imagine how much the USPS can save per year without phones they don't answer? You don't have to be a big Boston Consulting or McKInsey Efficieny expert but wow...

i just now visited Leonia post office on broad ave. i am unsatified with their terrible service. there was a female officer working alone. there were not many people in the office only 3 people including her. i was with my dog. i didn't know a dog was not allowded to be in the office. the officer warned at me dogs were not allowded. so i asked how should i do then? she said she didn't know. i understand she should say that. i know it was my fault to visit there with my dog. i should've checked before.but the problem is her way to treat me. she could be kinder to me. but she chose the other way to almost yell at me. i was so embarrassed and felt humiliated. i was trying to ask her "could you get my paper to get my parcel i would be outside and wait?" but when i started to ask, she almost yelled at me. so i couldn't finish my word.it was about 10:30 am in Aug 29th 2015 happened. i asked her name. and left the office. now i should visit that office again or they should give me a re delivery. how inefficient it is! i don't understand why she should treat me like that. she should've been kind at least. if she told me with a little smile instead of contempt, i also could leave the office with peace even if she didn't help me to get my parcel. she should learn what the service mind is.
